Abstract: An offline teaching device includes a first determination unit configured to determine whether data related to production of a workpiece to be produced by welding is changed, a second determination unit configured to determine, in a case where the first determination unit determines that the data is changed, a target whose relative position between the workpiece and a welding robot that executes the welding is changed based on the changed data, and a teaching program creation unit configured to create and output a second teaching program obtained by correcting a first teaching program for executing the welding, based on a displacement amount between a position of the target after the change of the relative position and a position of the target before the change of the relative position.

Abstract: In the present invention, this positive electrode is provided with: a collector; and a composite material layer that is formed on at least one surface of the collector. The composite material layer includes a particulate aggregate formed from inorganic substance particles which do not occlude or emit Li, a conductive material, and a binding material for binding the inorganic particles and the conductive material. According to an exemplary embodiment, the aggregate is present closer to the collector side at least with respect to the thickness-direction center of the composite material layer, and accounts for at least 1.3 vol % with respect to the volume of the composite material layer.

Abstract: A solid electrolytic capacitor element includes an anode body, a dielectric layer disposed on a surface of the anode body, a solid electrolyte layer covering at least a part of the dielectric layer, and a cathode lead-out layer covering at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer. The cathode lead-out layer includes a carbon layer that is in contact with the solid electrolyte layer and covers the at least the part of the solid electrolyte layer. The carbon layer includes a carbonaceous material and a transition metal ion component. A content proportion of the transition metal ion component in the carbon layer is 17000 ppm or less on a mass basis.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a heat insulating sheet of the present disclosure includes a composite generating step of impregnating a nonwoven fiber with a basic sol prepared to generate a composite of a hydrogel-nonwoven fiber, the basic sol being prepared by adding carbonate ester to a water glass composition; and a drying step of drying a liquid contained in the composite at a temperature lower than a critical temperature of the liquid and a pressure lower than a critical pressure of the liquid to remove the liquid from the composite. A heat insulating sheet according to the present disclosure includes an aerogel and a nonwoven fiber, and has a compression rate at 0.30 MPa to 5.0 MPa of 40% or less. In an electronic device of the present disclosure, the heat insulating sheet is disposed between an electronic component and a housing. In a battery unit of the present disclosure, the heat insulating sheet is disposed between batteries. This provides a heat insulating sheet that can be used under a high load and a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device and a battery unit including the same.

Abstract: A power cutoff device includes a relay unit including a switch having a connecting state and a cutoff state, a cutoff unit connected in series to the switch, a current detector to detect an object current flowing through the cutoff unit, and a controller to control the relay unit and the cutoff unit. The cutoff unit has a connecting state and an irreversible cutoff state. The controller obtains a changing rate of the object current with respect to time. The controller causes the switch to be in the connecting state and causes the cutoff unit to be in the connecting state if determining that the changing rate is not greater than a changing-rate threshold. The controller causes the relay unit to be in the cutoff state and cause the cutoff unit to be in the irreversible cutoff state if determining that the changing rate is greater than the changing-rate threshold.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus captures an image of a person passing through a predetermined space, using a sub-terahertz wave. The imaging apparatus includes an emitter that emits the sub-terahertz wave to the person, and a detection device. The detection device includes: an optical system that images a reflected wave which is the sub-terahertz wave emitted from the emitter and reflected by the person; and a plurality of pixels that are disposed in a planar arrangement and each receive the reflected wave imaged by the optical system, and generates an image based on cumulative intensities, each being obtained by accumulating an intensity of the reflected wave received by each of the plurality of pixels for a predetermined time, and the planar arrangement of the plurality of pixels. The predetermined time is λ/1778 seconds or longer, when the wavelength of the sub-terahertz wave is taken as λ mm.

Abstract: A disclosed solid electrolytic capacitor includes: a stacked unit constituted by a stack of a plurality of capacitor units each having a capacitor element including an anode portion and a cathode portion, and a cathode foil connected to the cathode portion via a first conductive paste; and a cathode lead terminal electrically connected to the cathode portion. The cathode lead terminal has at least one side wall portion facing a side surface of the cathode portion and electrically connected to the cathode foil. This makes it possible to reduce the ESR of the solid electrolytic capacitor.
