    摘要: A variable displacement wobble plate type compressor with a variable angle non-rotary wobble plate, having a suction chamber for refrigerant before compression, a discharge chamber for a compressed refrigerant, suction and compression cylinder bores, pistons reciprocated by the wobble plate within the cylinder bores for compressing the refrigerant, a crankcase with a chamber to receive therein a drive, and a wobble plate mechanism mounted about a drive shaft connectable to a rotary drive source, i.e., a vehicle engine, connected to the pistons to cause reciprocating motion of the pistons and capable of changing the wobble angle thereof, a first communication passageway providing a fluid communication between the crankcase chamber and the discharge chamber, a first control valve for closing and opening the first passageway in response to a change in a suction pressure of the refrigerant, a second communication passageway for permitting evacuation of a blowby gas from the crankcase chamber to the suction chamber, and a second control valve changing an extent of opening of the second communication passageway in response to a change in a fluid pressure within the discharge chamber with respect to a predetermined pressure level.

    摘要: An automatic graphic equalizer for a sound system has circuitry for measuring the effect of the physical environment receiving a sound on the frequency characteristics of the sound, and for adjusting the characteristics of a graphic equalizer to compensate for distortions in the desired flat frequency response caused by the physical environment. The circuitry includes a pink noise generator supplying pink noise to the graphic equalizer during an initialization operation, the graphic equalizer being controlled by a controller to present a flat frequency characteristic. The equalizer output is sent to a speaker which supplies the pink noise as a sound signal to the selected environment. A microphone picks up the sound in the selected environment and converts it to an electrical signal which is supplied through an ALC amplifier to a frequency-variable band-pass filter to detect the signal level in each of the equalizer frequency bands. The level signals are smoothed in a level detector and digitized to be input to the controller which readjusts the graphic equalizer to compensate for distortions in the desired flat frequency response caused by the selected environment.

    摘要: An electronic volume control circuit in which the volume setting can be finely controlled, regardless of the level of the input signal, and the output sound level can be rapidly changed. A digital signal is produced indicative of either the duration of up and down instruction signals or a number of times of occurrence of the up or down instruction signals. This digital signal is decoded in accordance with a look-up table to produce data indicative of an increase or decrease width of the volume data. An arithmetic circuit operates in response to the output of the decoder to increase or decrease the volume data according to the up and down instruction signals, and the attenuation or amplification of the input signal is established accordingly.
