Abstract:
A dip tube includes a main dip tube section and a plurality of input sections. Each input section in the plurality of input sections includes a reservoir region capped by a hydrophilic membrane. The plurality of input sections are joined to the main dip tube section at a junction.
Abstract:
A spray dispenser is provided, the spray dispenser comprising a container for holding a liquid to be dispensed and a dispensing assembly for extracting liquid from said container, the dispensing assembly comprising a pressure-relief valve for release of excessive pressure in the container and a filter arranged to permit egress of gas through the filter, inhibit egress of liquid from the container and to inhibit ingress of contaminants into the container through the pressure relief valve. A dispensing assembly for use is a spray dispenser is also provided.
Abstract:
A system for coating a target surface employs a bottle for containing the texture material and a spray pump assembly. A resilient member is supported by a pump housing to define an outlet opening. A collar member is supported by the pump housing. The resilient member is normally in an undeformed configuration in which the outlet opening defines a first cross-sectional area. Moving the collar member relative to the pump housing causes the collar member to act on the resilient member to deform the resilient member from the undeformed configuration to a deformed configuration in which the outlet opening defines a second cross-sectional area, where the second cross-sectional area is greater than the first cross-sectional area.
Abstract:
A trigger dispenser device (1) for a liquid includes a dispenser head (20) provided with a pressure chamber (24) and a piston (26) sliding in the pressure chamber (24). A valve dispenser is provided to permit the passage of the liquid towards a dispenser duct (30) upon reaching a threshold pressure, and a trigger suitable for mechanically operating on dispenser valve to force the valve towards the open configuration.
Abstract:
A trigger dispenser (1) for liquids comprises a suction valve (30) and a delivery valve (60), separate from the suction valve (30). The dispenser (1) has a detachable stop (100), comprising a bottom (104) positioned rearwards of the delivery valve (60) to form an end stop abutment with this during the dispensing step.
Abstract:
A water supply apparatus for a water spray container comprises a container and a water absorber. The container comprises a spray nozzle, a pressure handle provided at a front of the spray nozzle and a suction tube connected to a bottom of the spray nozzle. The water absorber is of an elongated column shape comprising an axial cutting slot at an axial central end to allow the suction tube of the spray nozzle to insert into the cutting slot such that the water absorber encloses an outer of the suction inlet of the suction tube. With the absorption of the water absorber, the suction inlet of the suction tube is kept at a saturation state such that when the container is placed upside down or tilted, the liquid can be sprayed out successfully via pressing the pressure handle and the spraying of the water spray container is convenient and effective.
Abstract:
A description is given of a sprayer of liquids (10) with trigger-operated pump comprising a body (11) which can be attached to the mouth of a container and a nozzle (16) of delivery of the liquid, in the body (11) being formed a pumping chamber (22) in communication with the interior of the container and with the delivery nozzle (16), via a one-way valve of suction and of delivery (30), in the outlet duct (29) for the liquid a system of precompression being placed comprising a piston (41) pushed with constant force by a spring (42) in occlusion of said outlet duct (29) such as to increase the pressure of the liquid in said outlet duct (29) during the pumping, and therefore the speed or the acceleration of the liquid in output from the nozzle (16).
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and apparatus for deflecting an angle of a flexible suction tube of a spray dispenser (or bottle). In particular, an insert can be located between a cap and a neck of the spray dispenser to deflect, at an angle, the flexible suction tube makes as it descends into a body of the spray dispenser. The angle can be such that the flexible suction tube is directed toward an off-center portion of the bottom of the spray dispenser or to a bottom corner or rim of the spray dispenser. As such, the spray dispenser, as modified by the insert, can siphon the last remnants of liquid in the dispenser, which are often not accessible via traditional spray dispensers (e.g., when used in a tilted fashion) where the flexible suction tube is directed toward a bottom center of the dispenser.
Abstract:
Fluid applicators for use with topical medications are disclosed herein. An example apparatus includes a housing and a fluid container disposed inside the housing. The example apparatus also includes a pump assembly disposed inside the housing and fluidly coupled to the fluid container. The example apparatus further includes an applicator coupled to the housing. The applicator defines an outlet and has a surface to be in contact with an application site on a person. The surface is in fluid communication with the pump assembly via the outlet. The example apparatus also includes an actuator operatively coupled to the pump assembly. Movement of the actuator from a first position to a second position is to operate the pump to dispense a dose of the fluid onto the surface.
Abstract:
A pump system may include a blown-in dip tube connected to a valve body and having a connection which may include an improved blown-in dip tube connector having a swivel adaptor, or a rotatable connector, which creates a fluid path from a blown-in dip tube of a bottle to a trigger sprayer. The swivel adaptor, or rotatable connector, may also include a body or head which may be attached to a valve body, tube retainer, or valve retainer of a trigger sprayer.
