    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for communicating in a wireless network based on a prioritization status. User equipment can receive a first signal that includes an indicator. The UE can determine a prioritization status for a second signal based on the prioritization indicator. The UE can communicate, with one or more radio access networks (RANs) of a network, the second signal, where the timeline of the second signal can be out of order respective of other signals communicated by the UE and the wireless network. The second signal can include data transmitted by an ultra-reliable low latency communication (URLLC) service. The UE can communicate the second signal out of order with respect to one or more additional signals. The UE, based on the indicator, can communicate hybrid automated repeat request (HARQ) feedback before a HARQ feedback timeline of a non-urgent transmission.

    Abstract: Systems, devices, and techniques for controlling uplink transmissions including cancelling previously scheduled transmissions are described. A described technique includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a configuration information that provides a search space set configuration associated with a control resource set (CORESET) to monitor for an uplink cancellation indication; receiving, by the UE, scheduling information that schedules one or more uplink transmissions; monitoring, by the UE via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), for the uplink cancellation indication based on the configuration information; receiving, by the UE via the PDCCH, a downlink control information (DCI) message that comprises the uplink cancellation indication; and cancelling, by the UE, at least part of the one or more uplink transmissions in response to the uplink cancellation indication.

    Abstract: Systems, devices, and techniques for adjusting a user equipment (UE) processing time parameter in a wireless communication system that include transmission and reception points (TRPs) are described. A described technique performed by UE includes receiving a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from a first TRP corresponding to a first scheduling physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and a second PDSCH from a second TRP corresponding to a second scheduling PDCCH. The technique further includes transmitting a first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) message and a second HARQ-ACK message based on the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH in accordance with a first processing time parameter and a second processing time parameter, respectively. The first processing time parameter can be based on a PDSCH mapping type, a processing capability of the UE, and one or more timing characteristics of the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH.

A second configuration message is decoded, the second configuration message received separately from the first configuration message and including a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) table indication identifying an MCS table. DCI received via PDCCH is decoded, the DCI providing a DL grant and an MCS index in the MCS table. DL information received via a PDSCH is decoded using modulation order and target code rate corresponding to the MCS index in the MCS table.

    Abstract: An approach is described for an access node configured for ultra-reliable and low latency (URLLC) transmission using multi-transmission reception point (TRP) to a UE. The access node includes processor circuitry and radio front end circuitry. The processor circuitry is configured to allocate resource blocks into a first portion and a second portion based on a resource indication value (RIV), a length of contiguously allocated resource blocks (LRBS) and a fraction. The radio front end circuitry is configured to transmit the first portion to the UE via a first transmission reception point (TRP1), and transmit the second portion to the UE via a second transmission reception point (TRP2).
