    Abstract: The present invention provides an uplink data sending method. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, scheduling signaling in at least one downlink time interval in a downlink time interval set, where the scheduling signaling is used to schedule uplink data, and any downlink time interval in the downlink time interval set belongs to a downlink subframe n; determining, by the terminal device, an uplink time interval corresponding to the at least one downlink time interval, where the any downlink time interval in the downlink time interval set is corresponding to the determined uplink time interval, the determined uplink time interval belongs to an uplink subframe n+k, and k is equal to 0, 1, 2, or 3; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink data in the determined uplink time interval. In the foregoing solution, a latency from receiving scheduling information to sending uplink data can be reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments in this application relate to method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. A network device determines downlink control information, where the downlink control information includes at least one information field. The network device sends the downlink control information to a terminal device in a common search space or a common control resource set, or sends the downlink control information to the terminal device in a specific search space or a specific control resource set. The terminal device receives the downlink control information, and determines information indicated by the at least one information field of the downlink control information. According to the solutions provided in the embodiments of this application, requirements of various communication scenarios can be better satisfied.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink control information sending method, an uplink control information receiving method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, channel indication information from an access network device on a physical control channel; determining the channel resource set that is of N channel resource sets and that matches a type or a size of the UCI as a first channel resource set; determining a channel resource that is in the first channel resource set and that is indicated by the channel indication information; and sending uplink control information UCI to the access network device on the channel resource. A quantity of bits that need to be added to the channel indication information in the embodiments of the present invention is less than that in the prior art.

    Abstract: Devices and methods are provided for receiving a first indication and a second indication, the first indication associated with a first set of transmission parameter information for a first repetition of data received in a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) and the second indication associated with a second set of transmission parameter information for a second repetition of data received in the PDSCH. Each set of transmission parameter information corresponds to a Quasi-Co-Location (QCL) information for the respective repetition of data. In addition, the method involves receiving a first PDSCH repetition and a second PDSCH repetition. A channel estimate can then be performed for the first PDSCH repetition based on the QCL information for the first PDSCH repetition and a channel estimate for the second PDSCH repetition based on the QCL information for the second PDSCH repetition.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a terminal device, in which a processing module selects one or more normal carriers or special carriers from a first carrier set for an uplink subframe, where the first carrier set includes all carriers in carrier aggregation that are used by the terminal device to send a first uplink subframe; and a sending module cancels sending of the uplink subframe on one or more carriers, where the special carrier is a carrier on which the terminal device sends neither uplink data nor uplink control information in uplink, and the normal carrier is a carrier that is used by the terminal device to send uplink data and/or uplink control information. An uplink subframe on some carriers is rejected, thereby resolving a problem that information such as a downlink channel characteristic of a carrier cannot be obtained when no uplink reference signal is sent on the carrier.

The terminal generates a HARQ-ACK codebook according to a receiving status of downlink data. And the terminal generates uplink control information after encoding the HARQ-ACK codebook; and a sending module sends the uplink control information.
