    Abstract: A user equipment, apparatus, and method receives from a base station, for each bandwidth part of a plurality of bandwidth parts provided in a bandwidth of one carrier, information indicating a frequency location of the bandwidth part and information indicating a subcarrier spacing applied to the corresponding bandwidth part, and receives, from the base station, broadcast information including information on a special bandwidth part which the user equipment should use initially. A base station transmits to a user equipment, for each bandwidth part of a plurality of bandwidth parts provided in a bandwidth of one carrier, information indicating a frequency location of the bandwidth part and information indicating a subcarrier spacing applied to the corresponding bandwidth part, and transmits to the user equipment, broadcast information including information on a special bandwidth part which the user equipment should use initially.

    Abstract: A communication control method, user equipment and apparatus thereof include transmitting, to a base station by a user equipment, first information on a priority of a data pack to be transmitted from the user equipment via direct communication in which the data packet is transmitted to another user equipment without passing through the base station.     Abstract: A relay node according to one embodiment comprises a controller configured to establish a connection with a radio terminal and to establish a connection with a base station; a receiver configured to receive information of the radio terminal from the base station; and a transmitter configured to transmit the information to the radio terminal.     Abstract: In a communication method according to one embodiment, a base station in a LTE system transmits to a user equipment, configuration information configuring an LTE-WLAN Aggregation (LWA) bearer using both radio resources of the LTE system and radio resource of a WLAN system. The configuration information includes first information indicating a threshold value for an amount of data. The user equipment configures the LWA bearer based on the configuration information.     Abstract: A communication control method, and network apparatus includes receiving a PLMN identifier and a first identifier from a first user terminal, where the first identifier is included in a discovery signal which the first user terminal has received from a second user terminal, determining, in response to receiving the first identifier, whether the first identifier is an identifier allocated in the first PLMN.
