    Abstract: A radio link control (RLC) entity can be used for multiple radio bearers (RBs). In other words, one RLC entity can be associated with multiple packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entities, where the multiple PDCP entities are associated with the multiple RBs, respectively. An identifier of a PDCP or RB can be provided with a PDCP PDU in order to inform the RLC entity or a receiving device which RB or which PDCP entity the PDCP PDU is associated with. The RLC entity shared by more than one RB can be configured according to configuration information for RB(s).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting uplink data in a wireless communication system. According to an aspect of the present invention, the method comprising: receiving information including contention based channel configuration and traffic characteristic associated with the contention based channel configuration; configuring a contention based channel resource according to the contention based channel configuration; checking whether uplink (UL) data is suitable for the traffic characteristic associated with the contention based channel configuration; and transmitting the UL data using the contention based channel resource if the UL data is suitable for the traffic characteristic associated with the contention based channel configuration.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system receives configuration information for random access channel (RACH) resources. The UE transmits a first preamble of a random access procedure using a first RACH resource among the RACH resources based on the configuration information, and monitors a RAR message of the random access procedure based on a first random access radio network temporary identifier (RA-RNTI). In the present invention, the first RA-RNTI is computed based on an index of a time unit of the first RACH resource and an index of the first symbol of the first RACH resource, where each time unit consists of 14 symbols in a time domain, and the index of the first symbol of the first RACH resource is a non-negative integer value smaller than 14.
