摘要： According to an aspect of the embodiment, a packet analyzing apparatus monitors a concentration level of input and output access from an access apparatus to a disk device, specifies a data area to which the concentration level of input and output access exceeds a first threshold, and instructs a storage server to cache the data area. The packet analyzing apparatus monitors a concentration level of input and output access to a data area to which the data area is cached, and, when the concentration level of input and output access is below a second threshold, instructs the storage server to release the caching.

摘要： A recessed portion is provided into which an ultraviolet detecting device is inserted, and a case is provided for holding removably in the state wherein the ultraviolet detecting device is inserted into the recessed portion. A conducting portion is provided that is connected on one end to the electrode portion of the ultraviolet detecting device and wherein the other end is led out from the case. The recessed portion is provided with first through fourth protrusions which insert into grooves that are formed in the ultraviolet detecting device.

摘要： A sputtering target consists of high purity Nb of which Ta content is 3000 ppm or less and oxygen content is 200 ppm or less. Dispersion of the Ta content in all the sputtering target is within ±30% as a whole target. Dispersion of the oxygen content is within ±80% as a whole target. According to such sputtering target, an interconnection film of low resistivity can be realized. In addition, each grain of Nb in the sputtering target has a grain diameter in the range of 0.1 to 10 times an average grain diameter and ratios of grain sizes of adjacent grains are in the range of 0.1 to 10. According to such sputtering target, giant dust can be largely suppressed from occurring. The sputtering target is suitable for forming a Nb film as liner material of an Al interconnection.
