The display device includes a first conductor, a first insulation layer including a first contact hole exposing a part of the first conductor, a second insulation layer including a second contact hole exposing at least a part of the first contact hole and a part of a surface of the first insulation layer, a pixel electrode overlapping a part of the second contact hole and electrically connected to the first conductor, and a third insulation layer contacting the first insulation layer via the second contact hole.

摘要: A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes sub-pixels and a light emitting control signal line. The sub-pixel includes an organic light emitting element and a pixel circuit, the organic light emitting element includes a second electrode, the pixel circuit includes a driving transistor and a first light emitting control transistor, and the pixel circuit further includes a connection structure. In the second color sub-pixel, a first electrode of the first light emitting control transistor is electrically connected with the connection structure through a first connection hole, and the connection structure is electrically connected with the second electrode through a second connection hole, the first connection hole and the second connection hole are located on both sides of the light emitting control signal line. In the third color sub-pixel, the second electrode does not overlap with a channel of the driving transistor.

In the display substrate, a sealant region includes: a corner sealant region, a lead-in sealant region, and a first sealant region on a first side of a display area. The corner sealant region is provided with an encapsulation base layer. A non-display area is provided with a second power line, a gate drive circuit and multiple first signal lines configured to provide signals to the gate drive circuit. The second power line includes a power line corner portion and a first power line portion, the first power line portion overlaps the first sealant region, and the first power line portion extends in a first direction. A target portion of each first signal line is at least located in the corner sealant region.

摘要: A high-definition or high-resolution display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a first light-emitting device, a second light-emitting device, a first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer. The first light-emitting device includes a first pixel electrode, a first light-emitting layer over the first pixel electrode, and a common electrode over the first light-emitting layer. The second light-emitting device includes a second pixel electrode, a second light-emitting layer over the second pixel electrode, and the common electrode over the second light-emitting layer. Each of an end portion of the first pixel electrode and an end portion of the second pixel electrode is covered with the first insulating layer. The second insulating layer is positioned over the first insulating layer. The second insulating layer covers each of a side surface of the first light-emitting layer and a side surface of the second light-emitting layer.

The method includes forming a first tip portion by performing a primary etching on the connection wiring; providing the first tip portion exposed by the first open region as a second preliminary tip portion; and forming a second tip portion by performing a secondary etching on the second preliminary tip portion.
