Abstract: A speaker housing comprises an enclosing side wall frame and a washer. A portion enclosed by the side wall frame is an inner side of the side wall frame. The washer is integrated with the side wall frame by injection molding, and at least a part of the washer is exposed at the inner side of the side wall frame. A seam is formed between a surface of the washer exposed at the inner side of the side wall frame and a surface of the side wall frame. Recesses are formed in surfaces of the washer and the side wall frame at two sides of the seam. Further provided is a speaker unit comprising the above speaker housing. A technical effect of the present application is to prevent a plastic burr extending from the seam between the washer and the side wall frame from affecting the speaker.

Abstract: Disclosed is a receiver comprises an external housing, the external housing comprises a first housing, a second housing and a third housing adapted with each other from top to bottom, a vibration system is accommodated in a cavity formed by the external housing and comprises a vibration diaphragm dividing the receiver into a front sound cavity and a rear sound cavity, the third housing is injection-molded and provided with a sound outlet hole of the rear sound cavity which is in communication with outside environment. The third housing is coupled with a mesh fabric at a position corresponding to the sound outlet hole by injection-molding, and the mesh fabric isolates the rear sound cavity from the outside environment. The receiver can effectively prevent performance degradation of a product caused by impurities of the outside environment falling into the rear cavity, thereby providing a function of product protection.

Abstract: A flat coil, a manufacturing method thereof and an electronic apparatus are disclosed. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a silica gel vibrating diaphragm and a method for fabricating the same. The method comprises: forming a composite material belt by using two layers of a base material and liquid silica gel in a calendering manner, wherein the liquid silica gel is between the two layers of the base material; wholly hot-press molding the composite material belt by a vibrating diaphragm die holder, a temperature of the hot-press molding being higher than a vulcanization temperature of the liquid silica gel; removing the two layers of the base material to obtain a whole sheet of silica gel vibrating diaphragm; and blanking the whole sheet of silica gel vibrating diaphragm that has been removed of the two layers of the base material to fabricate a required silica gel vibrating diaphragm. As compared with conventional solutions, the technical solution of the present disclosure has the advantages of simple molding manner, low cost, various styles of the vibrating diaphragm, and small thickness of the vibrating diaphragm.
