Abstract: A wet chemistry analyzer is provided. The wet chemistry analyzer comprises a reaction chamber configured to receive a reactant solution from a sample inlet and facilitate a process reaction. The wet chemistry analyzer also includes a detection chamber configured to receive a portion of a reaction mixture from the reaction chamber and measure a concentration of a chemical within the reaction mixture. The reaction chamber and the detection chamber are fluidically coupleable such that a portion of the reaction mixture can be directed to flow into the detection chamber to pre-condition a surface inside the detection chamber.

Abstract: A method of detecting a partial discharge in an electrical asset includes sensing of a discharge current in the electrical asset using a transducer and responsively providing a transducer output; processing the transducer output by comparing the transducer output to a baseline; calculating an accumulated amount by which the transducer output exceeds the baseline; decreasing the accumulated amount with time; detecting partial discharge in the electrical asset based upon the accumulated amount; and providing an output related to detected partial discharge. A partial discharge detection system for detecting a partial discharge in an electrical asset includes a transducer configured to receive a signal from the electrical asset generated due to an occurrence of partial discharging in the electrical asset and responsively providing a transducer output. Processing circuitry compares the transducer output to a baseline, calculates an accumulated amount by which the transducer output exceeds the baseline, decreases the accumulated amount with time, and detects partial discharge in the electrical asset based upon the accumulated amount. Output circuitry provides an output related to detected partial discharge.

Abstract: A process fluid pressure transmitter is provided. The process fluid pressure transmitter includes a pressure sensor having an electrical characteristic that changes in response to a deformation of the pressure sensor in response to pressure. Measurement circuitry is coupled to the pressure sensor and is configured to provide an indication of the electrical characteristic. An isolation diaphragm is configured to contact the process fluid and deform in response to process fluid pressure. A substantially incompressible fill fluid fluidically couples the isolation diaphragm to the pressure sensor. An overpressure compliant structure is coupled to the fill fluid and is configured to be substantially rigid at pressures below a selected threshold, but to deform in response to pressure above the selected threshold.

Abstract: A pressure-sensing system is presented. The pressure-sensing system comprises a single-use container. The pressure-sensing system comprises a disposable process connector configured to couple directly to the single-use container. The disposable process connector has a deflectable diaphragm. The pressure-sensing system comprises a pressure transducer. The pressure transducer is removably coupled to the disposable process connector. The pressure transducer comprises an isolation diaphragm positioned adjacent the deflectable diaphragm of the disposable process connector. The pressure transducer comprises a pressure sensor module operably coupled to the isolation diaphragm. The pressure transducer also comprises a controller coupled to the pressure sensor. The controller is configured to transmit a detected indication of pressure within the single-use container. A pressure transducer for a single-use container includes a polymeric housing and a base having an isolation diaphragm. A sensor module is coupled to the base, and has a pressure sensor operably coupled to the isolation diaphragm. Circuitry is disposed within the polymeric housing and coupled to the pressure transducer. The circuitry includes a microprocessor configured to obtain a pressure measurement from the pressure sensor and provide an output signal based on the measured pressure.

Abstract: A differential pressure transmitter configured to provide an absolute pressure measurement is presented. The differential pressure sensor comprises a first process fluid inlet. The volume of gas has a reference pressure. The expansion feature is configured to allow for expansion of the volume of gas in response to a temperature increase, such that the volume of gas maintains the reference pressure.
