Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may provide, to a sidelink UE, discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration information for sidelink communications with the sidelink UE, wherein the DRX configuration information indicates a channel busy ratio (CBR) configuration of the UE. The UE may receive, based at least in part on the DRX configuration information, a communication from the sidelink UE, wherein one or more parameters associated with the communication are based at least in part on the CBR configuration of the UE. Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a UE may be configured to receive a dataset in an encoded format on a network communication interface. The UE may be further configured to transmit a unicast transmission including a subset of the dataset on a direct communication interface to another UE when a non-unicast transmission is received indicating that the other UE failed to successfully receive the subset of the dataset. The other UE may be configured to transmit, on the direct communication interface, a non-unicast transmission indicating a failure to successfully receive a subset of a dataset on a network communication interface. The other UE may be further configured to receive a unicast transmission including the subset of the dataset on the direct communication interface. A base station may configure the UEs to communicate data on the direct communication interface after receiving the data on a network communication interface.

Abstract: In operation, the UE in the cell (SpCell/SCell) may be configured to operate with beam group specific BFRs, cell-level BFRs, or combinations of them under a beam failure configuration that is determined according to various rules. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) and a UE is disclosed. The method includes determining a beam failure configuration for a serving cell, the beam failure configuration including at least one of a beam failure parameter of a beam group or a beam failure parameter of a cell; and detecting, in the serving cell based at least in part on the beam failure configuration, a beam failure recovery (BFR) based at least in part on the beam failure configuration. The beam failure configuration is determined based on various rules that control the operation of the BFR.
