Abstract: A camera parameter calculation device includes: an acquisition part that acquires an image captured by a camera; an estimation part that estimates, from time-series images, time-series node coordinates each indicating an image coordinate of a node of a user; a feature point calculation part that calculates, on the basis of the time-series node coordinates, time-series feature points each showing a reference position of a trunk of the user; and a camera parameter calculation part that calculates a camera parameter for transformation between an image coordinate system and a world coordinate system by minimizing an objective function based on respective distance differences between a walk straight line indicating a walking direction of the user and a plurality of camera sightline straight lines respectively agreeing with a plurality of sightline vectors of the camera corresponding to image coordinates of the time-series feature points.

Abstract: The invention relates to a user equipment for being scheduled with uplink radio resources. The user equipment receives from a radio base station a first-stage uplink resource scheduling message, indicating uplink radio resources usable by the UE to perform an uplink transmission via an unlicensed cell. The receiver further receives a second-stage uplink resource scheduling message, which is related to the first-stage uplink resource scheduling message. Upon reception of the second-stage uplink resource scheduling message, a processor of the UE determines that an uplink transmission is scheduled in case the first-stage uplink resource scheduling message is valid. The first-stage uplink resource scheduling message is determined valid based on a determination as to whether an uplink transmission has been triggered by another second-stage uplink resource scheduling message within a predetermined time period prior to reception of the second-stage uplink resource scheduling message. The UE then performs an uplink transmission.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment (UE) that comprises a processor, which determines one among a plurality of mobility states for the UE, wherein the plurality of mobility states comprises at least three different mobility states. The processor determines one or more radio measurement quantities of a serving radio cell in which the UE is located. The processor determines whether or not to relax radio measurements on one or more neighbour radio cells, based on the determined mobility state of the UE and the determined one or more radio measurement quantities of the serving radio cell. A receiver and the processor of the UE perform the radio measurements on the one or more neighbour radio cells according to radio measurement requirements, when the processor determines not to relax the radio measurements on the one or more neighbour radio cells.

Abstract: A base station is disclosed, which is capable of appropriately configuring the timings of data assignment, data transmission and reception, and feedback for a case where the DL and UL sTTI lengths are different from each other. In this base station (100), a transmission section (106) transmits a downlink signal using a first short transmission time interval (sTTI) shortened in length than a TTI and used for downlink; and a reception section (107) receives an uplink signal using a second sTTI shortened in length than the TTI and used for uplink. When the first sTTI is shorter in length than the second sTTI, the reception section (107) receives the uplink signal in the second sTTI positioned after a predetermined interval from the transmission timing of the downlink signal, the predetermined interval being configured based on the length of the first sTTI.
