摘要： A vibration exciter, particularly for a vibration pile driver, comprises at least two axles disposed parallel to one another, as well as at least two imbalance masses, which are attached to one or more of the axles. The relative rotary position of the imbalance masses can be adjusted relative to one another by at least one rotary oscillating motor having a rotor shaft and a stator housing. The rotor shaft is an integral part of one of the axles, and the rotary position of the stator housing relative to the rotor shaft can be changed. The stator housing has at least one closure lid that is at least partially unreleasably coated with a slide alloy, for radial and axial bearing of the rotor shaft. At least one shaft seal is disposed between the rotor shaft and stator housing. The seal is hydraulically biased and provided with a support element.

摘要： A vibration generator for a vibration pile driver has imbalance masses that can rotate and which are disposed on shafts. The rotational position of the imbalance masses can be adjusted relative to one another. The unit also has sensors for continuous detection of the defined operational characteristic variables, an evaluation unit for comparing the operational characteristic variables that are determined with the operational characteristic variables of the selected default data set, a regulation device for regulating the vibration generator, and a control device for controlling the adjustment of the rotational position of the imbalance masses relative to one another. The vibration generator is part of a vibration pile driver.

A sensor for measuring the fluid pressure is disposed in the hydraulic circuit, and is connected with a control and regulation unit, by way of which the displacement of the hydraulic motor is adjustable, and by way of which the means for a change in the volume stream can be turned on. The control and regulation unit is set up so that in the event of a pressure drop in the hydraulic circuit, a reduction in the displacement of the hydraulic motor as well as a reduction in the volume stream is brought about.
