摘要： A vibration exciter, particularly for a vibration pile driver, includes at least two shafts disposed parallel to one another, as well as at least two imbalance masses, which are attached on one or more of the shafts. A pivot motor provided for adjustment of the relative rotational position of the imbalance masses with regard to one another, includes a pivot motor shaft and a pivot motor housing. The pivot motor shaft is an integral part of one of the shafts, and the rotational position of the pivot motor housing relative to the pivot motor shaft can be changed. The pivot motor is disposed axially offset, in such a manner that it is disposed outside of the regions through which the imbalance masses move.

摘要： Apparatus for transferring a linear load through a high-speed rotating member includes a linear actuator containing an axially translatable cylinder rod. A mounting adapter fixed against axial and rotary movement is rigidly affixed to an actuator cylinder containing the cylinder rod. An elongate guide sleeve, fixed to the mounting adapter, extends axially from the adapter to accommodate an axially translatable thrust bearing affixed to one end of the cylinder rod. The guide sleeve contains a linear slot for accommodating a guide pin affixed to the thrust bearing housing, and transversely movable within the linear slot to prevent rotation of both bearing housing and cylinder rod components.

摘要： A power tool comprises a crank pin that is eccentrically rotatable by a motor about a rotational axis. A non-rotatable first slider is linearly reciprocated by the crank pin so as to linearly reciprocate a tool. An eccentric pin is disposed substantially diametrically opposite of the crank pin relative to the rotational axis and is eccentrically rotatable by the motor about the rotational axis. A non-rotatable second slider is linearly reciprocated by the eccentric pin in a substantially opposite phase from the first slider so that the second slider acts as a counterweight to the first slider in order to reduce vibrations at least in the direction of linear reciprocation. A rotatable component is rotatably driven by the motor about the rotational axis and has a center of gravity displaced from its rotational axis towards the eccentric pin so as to supplement the vibration reducing function of the counterweight.

摘要： A vibratory milling machine has a vibratory housing confined to substantially linear reciprocating motion relative to a base, causing a tool carried by the housing to impact a mineral formation or other work piece substantially in a primary milling direction. The vibratory motion may be generated by two or more eccentrically-weighted rotors rotated by a common drive mechanism. The rotors may be arranged in pairs with the rotors of each pair rotating in opposite directions about parallel axes so that lateral oscillations cancel and longitudinal vibrations in the milling direction reinforce one another. In one embodiment, a hydrostatic fluid bearing is provided between the outer surface of each rotor and the housing.

摘要： A vibrator for a ground compaction apparatus includes two parallel shafts which are coupled to one another be rotatable in opposite directions and on each of which is at least one unbalanced mass is disposed. A phase adjusting mechanism is used for modifying the phase angle of the two unbalanced masses relative to each other. In order to do so, the actual phase angle of the two unbalanced masses is detected with the help of proximity sensors or the like. A regulating device compares the actual phase angle with a desired phase angle that is predefined by the operator and controls the phase adjusting mechanism in such a way that the difference between the actual phase angle and the desired phase angle is minimal.
