摘要: A proprotor system for a tiltrotor aircraft having a helicopter flight mode and an airplane flight mode. The proprotor system includes a yoke having a plurality of blade arms with inboard pockets. A centrifugal force and shear bearing assembly is disposed in each of the inboard pockets of the yoke. Each of a plurality of proprotor blades is coupled to the yoke by one of the bearing assemblies such that each proprotor blade has a pitch change degree of freedom about a pitch change axis and a tilting degree of freedom about a focal point. Each bearing assembly includes a centrifugal force bearing coupled to the yoke, a shear bearing coupled to the yoke and an inboard beam coupled between the centrifugal force bearing and the shear bearing. Each inboard beam is coupled to a respective proprotor blade.

摘要: A method for producing a bearing, in particular a hydraulic axle support bearing, which comprises the following steps: preassembling an inner part in an outer part with an elastomer body which is arranged in between and is reinforced by a plastic cage which at least partially bears against an inner wall of the outer part. The plastic cage is configured to radially protrude over an upper edge and a lower edge of the out part and, at the lower edge of the outer part, to project over the latter. Simultaneously calibrating the outer part and the plastic cage by constricting the outer part and the plastic cage from a respective first diameter to a respective second diameter which is smaller than the respective first diameter. After the constriction, the plastic cage projects over the upper edge of the outer part for the form-fitting axial securing of the outer part.

摘要: A centralizing bushing assembly includes a bushing housing having axial ends and an opening extending therethrough along an axial axis. The opening can have a pocket extending outwardly from the axial axis within the bushing housing and have internal shoulders axially facing each other. A bushing ring can be positioned within the pocket of the bushing housing between the internal shoulders. The bushing ring can have a split for allowing collapsing of the bushing ring radially inward and have an inner diameter for slidably engaging an axially movable shaft extending through the bushing housing along the axial axis and also have an outer shoulder. A resilient biasing member can be positioned against the outer shoulder of the bushing ring for radially biasing the inner diameter of the bushing ring radially inwardly in a centralizing manner about the axial axis for engaging and centralizing the shaft slidably positioned therethrough.

摘要: A rack bushing supported by an annular elastic member in a housing includes a bushing body and a flange portion extending outward in a radial direction from a first axial end of the rack bushing. The flange portion is positioned at a step portion of an inner periphery of the housing. The bushing body includes a second axial slit extending from a second axial end to a middle portion in an axial direction. A gap that communicates with the second axial slit is formed between the inner periphery of the housing and an outer surface of the bushing body. A recessed groove (communication passage) of the flange portion allows a first space, disposed on a housing-end side with respect to the rack bushing in the housing, to communicate with the gap.
