    Abstract: A terminal having a stamping elastic sheet structure, including a mounting base (1) and an outer elastic sheet structure (2). An end of the outer elastic sheet structure (2) is connected to an end of the mounting base (1). The mounting base (1) and the outer elastic sheet structure (2) are formed separately, and the outer elastic sheet structure (2) is formed by stamping. The terminal having the stamping elastic sheet structure is formed by assembling a stamping elastic sheet and a mounting base that are separately machined and manufactured, instead of integral machining, so as to greatly reduce the cost of the terminal, reduce the machining time, ensure a sufficient contact between the elastic sheet and a conductive portion of a mating terminal, and meet the mechanical demand and the temperature rise requirement of a charging system.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cable protection device, including a sleeve provided with a cable duct and a locking barrel configured to sleeve outside the cable duct. An end of the cable duct is provided with a pressing arm and an opening slot adjacent to the pressing arm. An inner wall of the locking barrel is provided with a pressing bump capable of being inserted into the opening slot. The pressing bump is configured to rotate with the locking barrel to the outer side of the pressing arm to press the pressing arm to move inward. The present disclosure solves the technical problem that the cable is easy to be displaced in the cable protection device, resulting in failure of the cable.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a temperature-measurement terminal structure, which belongs to the technical field of the manufacturing of electric energy transmission devices, including a terminal (1) and a temperature sensor (2). The terminal (1) includes an embedding groove (11) with an inner contact surface (111). The temperature sensor (2) is at least partially disposed in the embedding groove (11) and has a temperature measurement surface (21) attached to the inner contact surface (111). In the present disclosure, by disposing the temperature sensor in the groove, the temperature sensor can be more firmly attached to the terminal, so that the temperature signal collected by the temperature sensor is closer to the actual temperature change, with small error. By connecting the plugging member with the temperature sensor, the temperature sensor can be conveniently installed before being connected to a wire, so as to meet the requirements of complicated installation environments.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an automobile charging device and a preparation method thereof. The automobile charging device includes a charging connector, a rear housing, and a cable. The charging connector includes a connecting portion, a first end of the rear housing is connected to the connecting portion, a second end of the rear housing is provided with a wire-through hole, the cable enters the rear housing through the wire-through hole and is connected to the charging connector, a protective portion is disposed outside the rear housing, and the protective portion at least wraps the rear housing therein. The automobile charging device charges an electric automobile through connection between the charging connector and the electric automobile, in which the cable enters the rear housing through the wire-through hole of the rear housing and is connected to the charging connector. And the wrapping of the protective portion achieves the water-proof sealing of a connection region between the cable and the rear housing. Further, the rear housing is provided so that the protective portion may be a hollow structure, thereby reducing the volume and weight of the protective portion, thus ensuring both the water-proof sealing performance and weight of the automobile charging device.

    Abstract: Provided by the present disclosure are a transfer mechanism for power transmission, charging socket, and motor vehicle. The transfer mechanism for power transmission includes a power transmission portion, a transfer portion and a cable, in which the power transmission portion includes a plug-in end and a connection end which are connected in sequence. The cable includes an internal conductor and an insulation layer wrapping the conductor. The transfer portion includes a first end, a bent portion and a second end which are connected in sequence, where the first end is electrically connected to the connection end, the second end is electrically connected to the conductor on one end of the cable, and the bent portion comprises at least one bent zone. By using the transfer mechanism for power transmission of the present disclosure, a non-coaxial or angled connection can be realized between a terminal and the cable, and the copper material used by the terminal can be saved to reduce the cost of the terminal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of charging guidance signal acquisition for new energy vehicles, and provides a charging guidance signal acquisition circuit, a new energy vehicle-mounted charging socket and a charging pile.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a charging socket for high-precision centering of a terminal and a motor vehicle. The charging socket is provided with a cavity for accommodating a charging terminal, a gap is provided between an inner peripheral wall of the cavity and an outer peripheral wall of the charging terminal, a supporting elastic sheet is disposed in the gap, and the supporting elastic sheet is provided in a peripheral direction of the charging terminal and configured to restrict an axis of the charging terminal from deviating from an axis of the cavity. According to the charging socket in the present disclosure, mating plugging terminals may be automatically centered at a high precision, so that the mating plugging terminals can be completely plugged and contacted, thereby reducing a contact resistance between the charging terminal and the mating plug-in terminal, improving the electrical performance of the charging socket, reducing a risk of fire and combustion of the charging socket during charging, and prolonging a service life of the charging socket.
