Various systems and methods are disclosed for providing support for responding to location protocol queries within a network node. One such method involves associating a location with a network identity by associating a network port with a network identity and also associating the network port with the location. The association between the network port and the network identity is created in response to a network identity, which can include an IP address, being assigned to a device coupled to the network port by an identity protocol such as DHCP. The packet is sent in response to detecting a request for the device's location. The method can be performed by various devices, including a first hop node coupled to the device, a location server, and an identity server.
Abstract:
A method of treating wood chips or saw dust with an enzyme formulation, prior to refining, in order to reduce the total extractives content of the wood chips or sawdust and to modify the wood structure is described herein. The wood chips or sawdust are treated with one or more enzymes such as lipases, esterases, pectinases, cellulases, laccases, hemicellulases and combinations thereof. The enzyme formulation can be applied to the surface of the wood chips or sawdust, e.g. by spraying, or can be impregnated into the wood chips. The enzyme formulation can further comprise one or more surface active agents which can enhance the effectiveness of the enzyme treatment by improving the diffusion or impregnation of the enzymes into the wood chips. The enzyme-based treatment can be applied at any of several different locations prior to the pulping process including chip piles, chip conveyors, chip silos, chips washers, chip washer water stream, impregnation liquor, or during chip storage. The enzyme-based treatment is quick and easy to apply in most commercial mill operations. The enzyme-based treatment is effective at temperatures from about 20° C. to about 100° C., preferably from about 35° C. to about 70° C. The wood chips or saw dust can be treated for a period of time from about 0.10 to about 200 hours, more preferably from about 10 to about 72 hours. The addition of the enzyme formulation into the wood chip or sawdust pile increases the concentration of pitch-degrading enzymes on the chip or dust surfaces which can significantly accelerate the degradation of pitch components inside the chips or sawdust. Decreasing the total extractives content of the wood chips and modifying the structure of the wood chips or sawdust leads to a decrease in the apparent pitch content during pulping and in reduced energy requirements, increased paper strength, improved paper machine runability, and lower costs associated with paper manufacturing.

Provided in the disclosure is a pre-stressed concrete track slab of slab-type ballast-less track, which includes a slab body (1), on which fastening embedded casings (4) are arranged. At least one row of longitudinal common steel bars (11) and at least one row of transverse common steel bars (12) are arranged in the slab body (1) along a length direction and a width direction. The longitudinal common steel bars (11) are insulated from the transverse common steel bars (12). At least one row of longitudinal pre-stressed steel bars (7) and at least one row of transverse pre-stressed steel bars (6) are fastened in the slab body (1) along the length direction and the width direction through anchor backing plates and fastener devices (8). In the pre-stress directions of the longitudinal pre-stressed steel bars (7) and the transverse pre-stressed steel bars (6), it is post-tensioned in both directions or it is pre-tensioned in one direction and post-tensioned in the other direction. Limiting structures (5) and grounding terminals (10) are also arranged on the slab body (1). The pre-stressed concrete track slab has the characteristics of light structural dead weight, small structure height, low manufacturing cost and deformation resistance.

The ballastless track system is high in reliability, good in durability, and easy in construction and maintenance.

A method for measuring sphingomyelin and phosphatidylcholine comprising incubating sphingomyelin and phosphatidylcholine with bacterial sphingomyelinase and bacterial phospholipase D, alkaline phosphatase, choline oxidase, peroxidase, N-Ethyl-N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3,5-dimethoxyaniline, and 4-aminoantipyrine, preferably for about 45 minutes. A blue dye is generated.
