    摘要: A shoulder for use in retaining a railway rail fastening clip, comprising two interconnected spaced-apart walls, between which a portion of the clip to be retained is held when the shoulder is in use, and clip-engaging means, supported by the walls, for engaging a portion of the clip to be retained, does not have any feature or surface which engages the surface of that clip portion which faces downwardly when the clip is in use. Alternatively, or in addition, none of the contact regions, at which the device engages the rail clip, can be seen when the anchoring device is viewed from above when in its operative orientation and all of the contact regions can be seen when the anchoring device is viewed from below when in the operative orientation. Alternatively, or in addition, all the contact regions lie substantially at the same horizontal distance from the edge of the rail foot when measured perpendicularly to the axis of the rail and in the plane of the rail foot.

    摘要: A system automatically establishes context information (e.g., determining changes to user interface workflows, screens, menus, and access requirements for devices such as monitors, ventilators, and diagnostic equipment) used by a worker in using healthcare information applications based on patient geographic location (e.g., a room or bed or department). The system addresses the need for a user to sign onto a system with each location change and manually change context information which consumes computer, server and network resources and represent a potential security problem. A healthcare system selects information to be provided to a user in response to received location dependent context data. The system includes a proximity detector for wirelessly detecting presence of an identification tag substantially within a predetermined vicinity of the detector. The identification tag is associated with at least one of, (a) a particular processing device and (b) a particular person. A location detector determines location information indicating a location associated with an identification tag detected by the proximity detector. A workflow processor automatically alters information presented to a user including information associated with a task sequence to be performed by the user for a patient in response to the determined location information.

    摘要: A railway rail anchoring device, for use with a railway rail-fastening clip which is approximately M-shaped in plan and has first and second leg portions and a rail-bearing portion, comprises a base member and first and second clip-retaining members connected together by the base member such that the first clip-retaining member is spaced apart from the second clip-retaining member so as to define between the first and second clip-retaining members an opening for receiving the rail-bearing portion of such a clip. Each of the first and second clip-retaining members defines a passageway for receiving one of the leg portions of such a clip, and a boundary surface of at least one of the passageways includes, at a location intermediate respective ends of the passageway, first locating part for engagement, when the device is in use with such a clip, with a first region of the leg portion of the clip located in the passageway such that the clip can be held in a pre-assembly position in which the is retained by the device but the rail-bearing portion of the clip does not bear on a rail. Second locating part is also provided on a boundary surface of at least one of the passageways for engagement with a second region of the leg portion of the clip located in the passageway such that the clip can be held in a working position in which the rail-bearing portion of the clip bears on the rail. The first and second locating parts are such that the clip cannot move out of the pre-assembly position towards a rail unless driven in a first direction and the clip cannot move out of the working position away from the rail unless driven in a second direction, opposite to the first direction.
