Abstract:
An apparatus for a cargo insulation panel and an insulation panel using the fixing apparatus are provided. By providing a fixing apparatus of a cargo insulation panel and an insulation panel using the fixing apparatus, which include a fixing plate adhered to one face of the insulation panel, a plurality of fixing brackets protruded to the outside of the fixing plate, protruded portions of the fixing brackets being fixed by stud bolts arranged on the hull, and coupling means being configured to couple the fixing brackets to the fixing plate, the present invention can improve the continuity of the insulation panel, enhance the adhesiveness and airtightness with a member such as supple triplex, easily adjust adjacent insulation panels vertically or laterally, and solve the problem of damage by interference or the inconvenience of transportation by allowing the fixing bracket to be inserted during the transportation of the insulation panel.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite separator for a fuel cell, which can reduce the electrical contact resistance by performing an additional post-treatment to remove residual resin remaining on the surface of the composite separator by plasma etching. In certain preferred embodiments, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite separator for a fuel cell, in which a liquid phase resin for gasket is applied to the surface of the composite separator along a predetermined gasket pattern, or a semi-cured resin for gasket in the form of a film with a predetermined gasket pattern is stacked on the surface of the composite separator, and then plasma etching is performed to remove the residual resin and, at the same time, cure the resin for gasket, thus reducing the overall processing time to improve the productivity and preventing a composite material of the separator from being damaged.
Abstract:
The object of this invention is to provide a hybrid composite journal bearing which is constructed so that a composite liner is positioned on an inner surface of a metal housing having a circular cross-section, thus preventing a journal from being broken or damaged or seized to the bearing, due to friction between the metal or composite journal and the journal bearing. The hybrid composite journal bearing (210) includes a metal housing (211) which is secured on an outer surface thereof to a bearing system and has a circular cross-section. A composite liner (212) is laminated to an inner surface of the metal housing (211) with a uniform thickness so as to minimize friction between the journal bearing and a journal.
Abstract:
The present invention features a fuel cell stack that preferably includes an electricity generating assembly having a plurality of unit cells that are suitably disposed one after another; a pair of end plates pressedly disposed respectively at upper and lower ends of the electricity generating assembly; and a joining device suitably engaging the end plates by a rope, where pressure is applied to the electricity generating assembly by means of tension of the rope, and the length and tension of the rope is suitably controlled.
Abstract:
A vibration actuator excites a mass member by interaction between an electric field of a vibration coil provided in an inner space of a case and a magnetic field of a magnetic field unit disposed corresponding to the vibration coil. The vibration actuator has an elastic wire having a wire body fixed to the outer surface of the mass member and elastic ends fixed to the inner surface of the case. The elastic wire is connected between the case and the mass member for elastically supporting mass member.
Abstract:
A structure and method for bonding heat-insulating protection walls of a liquefied natural gas carrier is provided. Each of the heat-insulating protection walls is formed of an insulation foam layer and a fiber-reinforced composite reinforcing sheet attached to a surface of the insulation foam layer. The heat-insulating protection walls are provided in a tank of the liquefied natural gas carrier in a mutually adjoining relationship and bonded to one another at a junction to keep the tank cold. The structure includes a fiber-reinforced composite joint sheet positioned in alignment with the juncture of the heat-insulating protection walls and bonded to the fiber-reinforced composite reinforcing sheet by an adhesive agent and a spacer means interposed between the fiber-reinforced composite reinforcing sheet and the fiber-reinforced composite joint sheet for keeping the adhesive agent uniform in thickness.
Abstract:
A probe card is used in conducting a visual test for a target test object through simultaneous contact of the probe card with each and every electrode pad of the target test object. The probe card includes a plurality of probes composed of conductive wire strands and having elastically deformable contact parts so curved as to make contact with electrode pads of a target test object. The contact parts are oriented in one and the same direction and extend in a parallel relationship with one another. The probe card further includes a first insulating block for fixedly securing one end parts of the probes, a second insulating block for fixedly securing the other end parts of the probes and a mounting plate for holding the first and second insulating blocks in such a manner that the contact parts of the probes protrude outwardly.
Abstract:
