    摘要: A fuselage structure for a means of transport includes at least two fuselage segments, in each case including an outer skin with an end edge. In a connecting region of two fuselage segments the end edges of the fuselage segments are spaced apart from each other. Connecting elements establish a mechanical connection between two fuselage segments. Conducting structure-borne sound is reduced by multiple deflection of the sound path, and thus results in a reduction in structure-borne sound-induced noise in the cabin of the means of transport.

    摘要: A pressure casing has a plurality of casing shells (10a, b) which can be connected in a pressure-tight manner in a parting plane (11) by a flange (13). The casing shells (10a, b) are pressed together with sealing effect in the parting plane (11) in the region of the flange (13) by at least one threaded bolt (19; 19a-d) which extends through the flange (13) perpendicularly to the parting plane (11). A reduced thermal loading of the threaded bolts (19; 19a-d) of the flanged joint is achieved by the at least one threaded bolt (19; 19a-d) being exposed over a part of its length towards the inner side of the casing (10).

    摘要: A joint element for a pneumatic structural element. The joint element includes a sleeve, a compression member, two tension members and two spherical caps. In each case one joint element is fitted for the spherical caps. The joint elements serve for introducing tensile and compressive forces, in a manner free of bending moments, into the pneumatic structural element. The joint element has holes for fastening the compression member with a screw, on the one hand, and holes for accommodating the tension members, on the other hand. The symmetrical arrangement of the holes ensures that the vectors of bearing forces and of the tensile and compressive forces in the joint element added together give zero and, furthermore, the bending moments occur symmetrically in relation to the compression members. Configuring the joint element as a plate ensures that torques are neither introduced from the outside nor diverted to the outside.

    摘要: An attachment device for coupling one or more removable turbine components to a carrier of a turbine engine. The attachment device may include a securement structure rotatable about an axis of rotation and including one or more arms for grasping an arm extending from a support structure. A fastener may extend from the support structure and be inserted into a fastener receiving recess in the securement structure for preventing the securement structure from rotating and becoming disengaged from the support structure. The attachment device may also include a fastener retaining device for preventing the fastener, which may be a threaded bolt, from becoming disengaged from the attachment device, traveling downstream in a turbine, and damaging a turbine assembly.

    摘要: A joint assembly 80 is provided for limiting an extension of the joint 80 in the direction of a load path derived from an impact comprising. In its simplest form, the joint 80 comprises a first member 40 having a portion 82 and a second member 50 having a portion 84, the portions 82, 84 overlapping one another and arranged generally parallel to one another and secured together via securing means 78. The securing means 78 is disposed through corresponding holes 92, 94 defined by portions 82 and 84. At least one of the overlapping portions 82 or 84 further defines, sequentially in the direction of extension a pocket 102. The securing means 78 comprises a deformable member 152, 178 and at least one of the overlapping portions 82, 84 comprises a wedge-shaped portion 74. In the event of a worst-case impact load the securing means 78 is forced through the pocket 106 while the wedge-shaped portion 74 causes the deformable member 152 to deform and thereby increase the clamping force, in a progressive manner, to limit the extension of the joint assembly 80 and retain an integral joint assembly 80.

The profile is defined by a web, a pair of side flanges perpendicular to the web, and curved outer corners joining the side flanges, respectively, to the web. The web includes at least one constriction extending in the same direction as the side flanges and having a pair of arms extending angularly inwardly toward one another from curved inner corners of the web to a curved base having an apex. The side flanges extend from the outer corners to tips, respectively, terminating at side edges, respectively. The building element has an overall width between the web and the tips. The at least one constriction has a width between the web and the apex about ⅓ the overall width. A plurality of the building elements can be assembled in web-to-web relation and/or tip-to-tip relation to obtain various building element assemblies useable as beam assemblies or column assemblies.

    摘要: The presently disclosed fitting stop turn device includes a fitting retainer plate and a backer plate that provide a clamping mechanism to a fitting that passes through a partition such that the fitting retainer plate and backing plate prevent axial rotation of the fitting positioned through the partition. The fitting retainer plate secures the fitting on a first side of the partition and abuts a first side of the partition, while the backer plate abuts a second side of the partition. The retainer plate and backer plate are held in their respective positions against the partition by one or more fasteners that traverse the retainer plate, the partition, and the backer plate.
