    摘要: To provide a magnetic recording medium having a magnetic recording layer consisting of fine crystal grains with improved orientation. The soft magnetic layer 3, the seed layer 4, the under layer 5 and the magnetic recording layer 7 are formed successively on the non-magnetic substrate 1, wherein the seed layer 4 is made of a material containing Ni, the under layer 5 has a grain isolation type structure in which grains made of a non-magnetic material are isolated in a non-magnetic matrix and the non-magnetic matrix is made of a material containing Y2O3. With this constitution, the under layer 5 has improved characteristics in terms of uniformity of grains, sharpness of grain boundary, fineness of the grains and crystal orientation, and therefore the magnetic recording layer 7 that is formed on the under layer also has improved characteristics in terms of uniformity of grains, sharpness of grain boundary, fineness of the grains and crystal orientation. As a result, medium noise and coercive force are improved, thus making high density recording possible.

    摘要: A magnetic recording medium that is capable of recording and reading back information at a higher density by improving the read/write characteristics and thermal stability, a method of manufacture therefor, and a magnetic read/write apparatus are provided. This magnetic recording medium, comprises an orientation control film that controls the orientation of a film provided directly thereabove, a perpendicular magnetic film, of which the axis of easy magnetization is generally oriented perpendicular to a non-magnetic substrate, and a protective film, that are provided on the non-magnetic substrate, wherein the perpendicular magnetic film is made of a material which contains Co, Cr, Pt and Cu, the Cr content being 16 at % to 24 at % and the Cu content being 0.1 at % to 4 at %, and a coercive force (Hc) of the perpendicular magnetic film being at least 3000 (Oe), negative nucleation field (−Hn) being 0 (Oe) to 2500 (Oe), and a ratio of residual magnetization (Mr) to saturation magnetization (Ms) being at least 0.85.

    摘要: A receipt circuit for a TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) radio apparatus of the present invention includes a switch selectively turned on or turned off in order to remove a residual signal component occurring in a guard time between consecutive time slots due to the group delay of a SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) filter or a ceramic filter. The receipt circuit therefore obviates the fall of receipt sensitivity even when a TDMA signal of low level is input immediately after a slot in which a TDMA signal of high level has been input. In addition, the receipt circuit is free from the erroneous detection of an input electric field.
