Abstract:
A heating device for heating a medium such as a human occupant within an interior room space is disclosed comprising a radiation unit for emitting infrared radiation into the room space. The radiation unit includes a construction board for constructing an interior component within the room space having a planar carrier with a visible exterior face and a planar radiator carried by the planar carrier. The planar radiator operates at one of a selected frequency and a selected frequency band corresponding to a natural frequency band of the medium being heated for resonance heating. A frequency generator excites the planar radiator to generate the desired infrared radiation for heating. The planar radiator is disposed adjacent a back surface of the construction board opposite the exterior facing of the construction board.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a radio antenna as a transmitting antenna or a receiving antenna and a mobile radio system. In accordance with the invention, the radio antenna (MS-A, BTS-A) is a planar antenna and consists of one carrier part (1) of an electrically insulating material, of a coating (s) applied thereon and of two spaced coating feeders (3, 4) having an electrical connection to the interstitial coating (2). This coating is made of a coating material, which consists of specific materials in indicated amounts of substances of one binding agent, insulator, dispersing agent and distilled water. By means of the coating (2), electromagnetic waves are transmittable or receivable with a high frequency selectivity being possible in combination with a spherical characteristic.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a heating arrangement that is characterized by a combination of the following features: the heating arrangement consists of at least one heating element (3) in the form of a flat element with two opposite-lying, essentially parallel conductors and a coating arranged therebetween for the generation of electromagnetic waves. The coating material is comprised of a binding agent, an insulating agent, a dispersion agent, water and graphite. The heating device also comprises a control device (7) with a harmonic generator containing an electric component that has a rapid rate of current rise and is suitable for generating a high harmonic content. The harmonic generator is coupled to both electric conductors of the heating element (3) in order to emit a spectrum of vibrations in natural molecular frequency ranges. A low-cost, highly effective heating system is thus provided.
Abstract:
A supporting joint having a casing and a ball pin held therein comprises, on the pin side, a support having a bearing shell and, oppositely to the pin, a pressure shell. A cutout is provided in the central region of the pressure shell. On the rear side the pressure shell is provided with a cover having a support surface. Referred to the installed joint, the thickness of the pressure shell in a central support region, measured in the uninstalled state, is greater than the distance between the ball and the support surface of the cover.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a bellows seal for pivot joints, wherein a first end of the bellows is tightly and rigidly connected to the joint housing. The second end of the bellow tightly and annularly surrounds a tappet and has a radial and sealing surface. Said surface is a front face divided into an inner concave ring surface and an outer concave ring surface. In relation to the axis of the bellow, the angle of inclination of the ring surfaces is approximately &agr;=70° for the external ring surface and approximately &bgr;=80° for the inner ring surface. The radial extension of the outer ring surface is approximately 12% in relation to the radius of the outer ring surface of the ring flange of the second end of the bellow.
Abstract:
A position-variable face-side clamping of a ring body between bearing legs with a screw bolt is to permit a central mounting of the screw bolt at reasonable cost. It must be possible to use especially profiled screw bolts for eccentric positions. For this purpose, the ring body and/or the bearing legs are provided with one oblong hole respectively which, on its longitudinal sides, has, in each case, at least two axially aligned, mutually opposite guide webs. In the case of oblong holes with only two guide webs on each longitudinal side, a centric mounting is possible by using a bolt with a cylindrical circumferential surface which can be received between the two guide webs. Eccentric offsets are permitted by the use of special formed bolts which have guide grooves assigned to the guide webs.
