    摘要: A system, method, and program product is provided that operates when opening a word processing document that includes document content inserted at various insertion points within the document. The document is opened by a user that corresponds to a particular user identifier. The comments included in the document include recipient identifiers. A first set of comments are selected where the user's identifier is included in the recipient identifiers of the corresponding comments, and a second set of comments are selected where the user's identifier is not included in the recipient identifiers of the corresponding comments. The word processor displays the first set of comments at their respective insertion points within the document content and does not present the second set of comments.

    摘要: A housing for an outside plant telecommunication equipment (OSP) which uses modular heat sink assemblies. OSP housings contain electronic circuit boards on which are mounted electrical components that generate heat. Thermal conductors or mesas contact the electrical components to conduct heat from the components to the environment. Rather than create single purpose housings with cast thermal conductors, the improved housing uses heat sink plates which can easily be swapped out to accommodate a variety of electronic circuit boards that might be needed within a general purpose housing. Together with faster turnaround time to create a new design for a housing, lower manufacturing and inventory costs result.

    摘要: According to one aspect of the invention, a method of fabricating N+ and P+ silicided gates limits diffusion when using a Tungsten, Titanium or Cobalt silicide in the gate fabrication. An example method involves doping a polysilicon structure in first and second dual gate regions and on either side of an undoped polysilicon region, forming a silicide is over the polysilicon structure, and then stuffing the undoped polysilicon region with a species selected to inhibit lateral diffusion of dopant from the polysilicon in the silicide. Subsequently, each gate is completed so that is includes a dielectric layer arranged over the silicide and one of the doped gate poly regions. Applications include logic circuits having embedded-DRAM, and circuits directed to stand-alone logic or stand-alone DRAM.

    摘要: A blank, or dummy, face plate element engages top and bottom edges of a cabinet frame, directly behind a front panel card insertion opening that provides access to multiple card slots of an electronic equipment rack. The dummy face plate includes a rearwardly projecting, upper lip, that is located adjacent to a top edge of the face plate, and has a notch immediately adjacent to the rear surface of the face plate. The notch fits within and is captured by an upper edge of the cabinet frame. A rearwardly projecting, generally U-shaped, flexible lower lip is provided adjacent to a lower edge of the face plate and includes a pair of finger grips. The flexible lower lip has a ridge that becomes aligned with the lower edge of the faceplate when the lower lip is flexed upwardly toward the first lip, and a notch adjacent to the ridge that is captured by the cabinet frame. Card-simulating wall portions extend from the face plate alongside the upper and lower lips and are sized and shaped to fit within and slidably engage upper and lower card insertion tracks of an empty card slot, as the dummy face plate is installed.

    摘要: A high-power flowing-gas laser comprises an outer housing, an optical system including a laser channel within the housing, and an impeller for producing a flow of gas through the laser channel. The laser channel is folded so as to be constituted of a plurality of legs disposed in a polygon, preferably square, configuration, there being a gas flow channel for each laser channel leg and including an axially-extending inlet section and a radially-extending outlet section, the latter being formed with aligned laser openings for accommodating the laser beam of the respective laser channel leg. The laser further includes an internal partition wall between the outlet end of the impeller and the inlet ends of the gas flow channels for confining the gas flow from the impeller to the inlet ends of the gas flow channels, which partition substantially precludes gas flow into the gas flow channel legs through the aligned laser openings at the outlet sections of the gas flow channels.
