Abstract:
Provided are an Ethernet line card and a method of providing various services using the same. The Ethernet line card includes: a priority allocation unit setting a priority of a received Ethernet packet according to a pre-set control standard based on header information of the Ethernet packet; a quality of service (QoS) guarantee unit defining a capacity per class based on a pre-set QoS standard, inserting the Ethernet packet into a relevant class, and dropping and managing the Ethernet packet based on the priority if the Ethernet packet exceeds a capacity of the relevant class; and a signal processing unit managing and updating the pre-set control standard and the pre-set QoS standard, receiving results of processing the Ethernet packet from the priority allocation unit and the QoS guarantee unit, and storing the received results.
Abstract:
A method for an initial activation of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell includes: humidifying a fuel cell stack; performing a small-current driving operation for applying a small current to the humidified fuel cell stack; and performing an activating operation by repeatedly performing an activation cycle a predetermined number of times. The activation cycle includes: a first driving operation for driving the fuel cell stack to output a first predetermined voltage; a first pausing operation for controlling the fuel cell stack in a no-load open-circuit voltage state; a second driving operation for driving the fuel cell to output a second predetermined voltage; and a second pausing operation for controlling the fuel cell stack in the no-load open-circuit voltage state.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus and method for determining deterioration of a fuel cell, the method including measuring in real time fluoride ion concentration or pH value of outflow water from a fuel cell stack during operation in a fuel cell vehicle, calculating a fluoride emission rate from the measured value and, if the calculated fluoride emission rate is out of a predetermined normal range, determining deterioration of an electrolyte membrane of the fuel cell stack.
Abstract:
A method of fabricating a micro-vertical structure is provided. The method includes bonding a second crystalline silicon (Si) substrate onto a first crystalline Si substrate by interposing an insulating layer pattern and a cavity, etching the second crystalline Si substrate using a deep reactive ion etch (DRIE) process along a [111] crystal plane vertical to the second crystalline Si substrate, and etching an etched vertical surface of the second crystalline Si substrate using a crystalline wet etching process to improve the surface roughness and flatness of the etched vertical surface. As a result, no morphological defects occur on the etched vertical surface. Also, footings do not occur at an etch end-point due to the insulating layer pattern. In addition, the micro-vertical structure does not float in the air but is fixed to the first crystalline Si substrate, thereby facilitating subsequent processes.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a fuel cell bipolar plate and a method for manufacturing the same, in which a carbon or metal fuel cell bipolar plate is surface-treated with a complex transition metal oxide, which is a main component of a variable resistance heating element having a negative temperature characteristic, so that the bipolar plate can ensure a sufficient amount of heat, required to prevent product water from freezing, by itself in a short time without any external energy, thus improving cold start performance of a fuel cell vehicle at a temperature below zero.
Abstract:
In an analytic structure for failure analysis of a semiconductor device, a plurality of analytic regions are arranged in regions of a semiconductor substrate. A plurality of semiconductor transistors having an array structure are arranged in each of the analytic regions. A plurality of interconnection structures connect the semiconductor transistors, each comprising multiple layered metal patterns and multiple layered plugs interposed between the multiple layered metal patterns. A first number of layers of the multiple layered metal patterns and multiple layered plugs is different in one of the analytic regions than a second number of layers of the multiple layered metal patterns and multiple layered plugs in another one of the analytic regions.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a gasket for reducing stress concentration in a fuel cell stack, which prevents damage or deformation of a separator and further prevents a position shift of the gasket by reducing stress concentration formed at a specific region by deformation of the gasket due to a compression force.Accordingly, the present invention provides a gasket including a T-shaped or cross-shaped gasket joint to form hydrogen, air and coolant manifolds, and the gasket joint has a structure in which two joint branches forming an angle of 180° in the opposite direction to each other are joined at one point with a particular angles so as to reduce stress concentration formed due to compression force by deformation of the gasket.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a structure for improving a laminating efficiency of a metal-separator for a fuel cell stack, the metal-separator comprising an embossed structure that has an indentation and a projection alternately formed along at least one edge thereof so as to enable a plurality of the metal-separators to be stably laminated in a honeycomb shape.

Abstract:
Provided are an integrated authentication processing apparatus for personal mobility in a wired/wireless integrated service network, a method thereof, and a computer-readable recording medium for recording a program that implements the method. The integrated authentication processing method includes the steps of: a) receiving a network service subscription request from a user through the Internet, registering the user as a service subscriber, and storing/managing subscription information of the subscriber; b) receiving the network access request from a user terminal through a network control platform, processing an integrated authentication for network access and additional services, and transmitting the result to the user terminal through the network control platform; and c) processing a charge information process request from the user terminal whose access is allowed according to the authentication result of the step b) by using charge information and session information of the subscriber without additional authentication process.
