Abstract: Embodiments relate to a semiconductor device, which includes: a substrate made of a first material; an insulating layer formed on an upper surface of the substrate; a trench formed at the insulating layer to penetrate the insulating layer toward the substrate; and a seed layer disposed in the trench. The seed layer is made of a second material, the second material lattice-mismatches with respect to the first material, the seed layer includes a threading dislocation extending at least partially in a first direction non-parallel to the upper surface of the substrate and parallel to a direction of a (111) plane and a threading dislocation extending at least partially in a second direction, and the extension of the threading dislocation is terminated at a sidewall of the trench.

The method includes forming a substrate part of an elastic material, forming an auxetic including a plurality of unit structures on the substrate part, and forming a fixing part on the substrate part on which the auxetic is formed, wherein the fixing part has a different vertical crosslinking density at each position.

Abstract: Provided is BRCA-specific siRNA for enhancing the sensitivity of cancer cells to PARP inhibitors. According to the present disclosure, the siRNA can induce cancer cell death together with the PARP inhibitors in patients with wild-type BRCA genes with a low therapeutic effect of the PARP inhibitors, and the fusion protein-siRNA complex for siRNA delivery is up-taken into cells via CD47, and thus more specifically delivered to cancer cells while up-taken with high efficiency, thereby maximizing a desired cell death effect.
