The device may receive a frame from the STA, wherein the frame comprises an HE long training field (HE-LTF) portion and an HE short training field (HE-STF), wherein the HE-STF is generated in a frequency domain over a first bandwidth. The device may identify that the HE-LTF comprises energy on a set of tones, wherein the set of tones are selected based on feedback status values associated with a resource unit (RU) tone set index. Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to channel access for multi-link devices (MLDs). A MLD may identify a first backoff count associated with a first enhanced distributed channel access function (EDCAF) for a first communication link used by the MLD; identify a second backoff count associated with a second EDCAF for a second communication link used by the MLD, the first backoff count less than the second backoff count; determine a time period after that the first backoff count reaches zero and during which to refrain from transmitting using the first communication link, the time period based on the second backoff count; determine that the first communication link transitioned from an idle state to a busy state during the time period; and generate a third backoff count associated with the first EDCAF based on the first communication link transitioning to the busy state during the time period.

Abstract: An access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) (AP MLD) comprises a plurality of affiliated access points (APs) including a first affiliated AP (AP1) and a second affiliated AP (AP2). When the first affiliated AP (AP1) is configured to operate as a reporting AP, the reporting AP may encode MLD information in a management frame for transmission to one or more STAs of a station MLD (STA MLD). The MLD information may include a basic service set (BSS) identifier (ID) (BSSID) of the AP1 and may include a BSSID index of at least the AP2 when the AP2 is in a multiple BSSID (MBSSID) set that does not include the BSSID of the AP1. The MLD information may further include at least one of a delivery traffic indication map (DTIM) period of the AP2. The AP1 may decode a frame from a non-AP STA of the STA MLD that includes a BSSID of the MBSSID set for association or reassociation.

Abstract: Embodiments of a beacon interval with boundary time points (BTPs) to improve latency for time sensitive traffic (TST) in Extremely High Throughout (EHT) WLANS are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a non-access point (AP) station (STA) is configured to decode a beacon frame received from an AP STA. The beacon frame may indicate one or more BTPs within a beacon interval (BI). The non-AP STA may obtain a transmission opportunity (TXOP) for a transmission to the AP STA. The TXOP may be bounded by the one or more BTPs. The non-AP STA may encode a PPDU for transmission to the AP STA during the TXOP.

The NAN device may send the first NAN frame and may identify a second NAN frame received from a second NAN device, the second NAN frame including a third indication of the NAN operation capability, and a fourth indication of a transmit power of the second NAN device. The NAN device may determine, based on the transmit power of the NAN device and the transmit power of the second NAN device, an operation parameter for the 6 GHz frequency band. The NAN device may establish, based on the operation parameter, a NAN connection using the 6 GHz frequency band.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for a common preamble for wireless local-area networks (WLANs). An apparatus of an access point (AP) or station (STA) comprising processing circuitry configured to encode an AP trigger frame that includes a resource allocation for other APs to transmit trigger frames to perform an uplink or downlink multi-user transmission with stations (STAs). The resource allocation includes information so that the transmissions are coordinated at the physical level to lessen interference among the APs and the stations. The processing is configured to encode a trigger frame for multi-AP request-to-send (RTS), the multi-AP trigger frame comprising for each of a plurality of APs, the trigger frame indicating that each of a plurality of APs are to transmit a physical (PHY) protocol data unit (PPDU) comprising a request-to-send (RTS) or multi-user (MU) RTS (MU-RTS).
