Abstract:
A drill bit jig includes an elongate member, two jig securing elements and a drill bit guide. The drill bit guide includes a plurality of through holes where the axes of the through holes are parallel to the axis of the elongate member. Each of the plurality of through holes in the drill bit guide has a different diameter for accommodating drill bits of different thicknesses. The jig securing elements each include an L-shaped bolt and a door protecting material encasing one of the straight sections of the bolt. The drill bit jig also includes a core check to determine if a hole being drilled along the width of the door is straight.
Abstract:
The present invention provides compounds of Formulae (I)-(V), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. In one aspect, compounds of the present invention are useful as glycosyltransferase inhibitors, in particular, O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) transferase (OGT) inhibitors. In another aspect, compounds of the present invention are useful as kinase inhibitors, in particular, PLK1 inhibitors, GSK3P inhibitors, or MAPKAPK2 inhibitors. The present invention further provides methods of using the inventive compounds, e.g., as biological probes to study the inhibition of OGT and/or kinase activity and as therapeutics, e.g., for the treatment of OGT-associated and/or kinase-associated conditions.
Abstract:
A door guard is disclosed having a protector plate which protects a door and a support which protects a door jam and a door hinge. The protector plate is hingedly connected to the support. The protector plate rotates in response to the door opening when force is applied to the door. The present invention may further include a slide mount assembly which slideably couples the protector plate to a door. Other embodiments of a door guard also protect an overhead door and an overhead door track.
Abstract:
A distraction osteogenesis fixture to be anchored in a bone, including a lower anchor, a translational screw, and an upper anchor. At least a portion of the lower anchor is externally threaded. At least a portion of the lower anchor includes an anti-rotational feature. The lower anchor includes an internal passage. At least a portion of the internal passage is threaded. At least a portion of the translational screw is externally threaded such that the translational screw is receivable by the threaded internal passage of the lower anchor. The upper anchor includes an internal passage for receiving a portion of the lower anchor and has an anti-rotational feature for engaging the anti-rotational feature of the lower anchor. The internal passage of the upper anchor includes a surface for engaging the translational screw. At least a portion of the upper anchor is externally threaded.
Abstract:
A drill bit jig includes an elongate member, two jig securing elements and a drill bit guide. The elongate member is hollow so that one or more elongate drill bits may be stored therein.
Abstract:
The present invention provides inhibitors of O-GIcNAc transferase. Typically, the inhibitors are quinolinone-6-sulfonamides. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions thereof and methods for using the same in diabetes and complications thereof, neurodegenerative diseases, cancers, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory diseases.
Abstract:
A latch includes a first locking bolt, where a first extended position of the first locking bolt defines a first locked condition and a first retracted position defines a first unlocked condition. The latch also includes a second locking bolt, where a second extended position of the second locking bolt defines a second locked condition and a second retracted position defines a second unlocked condition. A biasing member operatively connects to the first locking bolt to bias the first locking bolt in the first extended position. A lever pivotally connects to the housing and operatively connects to the first locking bolt such that movement of the lever from a closed position to an opened position causes at least the first locking bolt to move from the first extended position to the first retracted position. A locking indicator is provided in associated with the second locking bolt.

Abstract:
An electrical connector assembly includes a housing, a connector and a conductor. The housing extends from a mating interface to a back end along a longitudinal axis and from a top side to a mounting interface along a vertical axis. The connector is disposed at the mating interface and is configured to mate with a mating connector. The conductor extends from the electrical connector to the mounting interface to provide a conductive pathway between the mating connector and the circuit board. The conductor includes a mating portion oriented along the longitudinal axis and a mounting portion oriented along the vertical axis. One of the mating portion and the mounting portion includes a bifurcated end having opposing contact tips and the other of the mating portion and the mounting portion includes an interconnection end that is received between the contact tips to electrically couple the mating portion and the mounting portion.
Abstract:
