A biasing member operatively connects to the first locking bolt to bias the first locking bolt in the first extended position. A lever pivotally connects to the housing and operatively connects to the first locking bolt such that movement of the lever from a closed position to an opened position causes at least the first locking bolt to move from the first extended position to the first retracted position. A locking indicator is provided in associated with the second locking bolt.

The coring tool may include a tool body having a first end and an opposing second end and a clamp member coupled to the tool body adjacent the second end. The tool body and the clamp member are moveable toward and away from each other in response to operation of a clamp actuator. The coring tool may also include a head having guide bushings for inserting a bit through the guide bushings for coring a door. The head may be coupled adjacent the first end of the tool body and the head may be movable toward and away from the tool body to align the guide bushing with the door to be cored.
