Abstract:
A latch includes a first locking bolt, where a first extended position of the first locking bolt defines a first locked condition and a first retracted position defines a first unlocked condition. The latch also includes a second locking bolt, where a second extended position of the second locking bolt defines a second locked condition and a second retracted position defines a second unlocked condition. A biasing member operatively connects to the first locking bolt to bias the first locking bolt in the first extended position. A lever pivotally connects to the housing and operatively connects to the first locking bolt such that movement of the lever from a closed position to an opened position causes at least the first locking bolt to move from the first extended position to the first retracted position. A locking indicator is provided in associated with the second locking bolt.
Abstract:
An electrical connector assembly includes a housing, a connector and a conductor. The housing extends from a mating interface to a back end along a longitudinal axis and from a top side to a mounting interface along a vertical axis. The connector is disposed at the mating interface and is configured to mate with a mating connector. The conductor extends from the electrical connector to the mounting interface to provide a conductive pathway between the mating connector and the circuit board. The conductor includes a mating portion oriented along the longitudinal axis and a mounting portion oriented along the vertical axis. One of the mating portion and the mounting portion includes a bifurcated end having opposing contact tips and the other of the mating portion and the mounting portion includes an interconnection end that is received between the contact tips to electrically couple the mating portion and the mounting portion.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the use of a compound of Formula (I) or a salt, solvate or prodrug thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3, n and m are as described in the specification, in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of a disease condition mediated through glucokinase (GLK), such as type 2 diabetes. The invention also relates to a novel group of compounds of Formula (I) and to methods for preparing compounds of Formula (I).
Abstract:
The present invention provides compounds of Formulae (I)-(V), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. In one aspect, compounds of the present invention are useful as glycosyltransferase inhibitors, in particular, O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) transferase (OGT) inhibitors. In another aspect, compounds of the present invention are useful as kinase inhibitors, in particular, PLK1 inhibitors, GSK3P inhibitors, or MAPKAPK2 inhibitors. The present invention further provides methods of using the inventive compounds, e.g., as biological probes to study the inhibition of OGT and/or kinase activity and as therapeutics, e.g., for the treatment of OGT-associated and/or kinase-associated conditions.
Abstract:
A measuring system comprises a timing unit and at least two signal generators. The signal generators are each configured to generate a measuring signal and to supply it to a device under test. The timing unit is configured to generate start time signals, which each indicate an allowed start time of the measuring signals. Said signal generators are configured to only start generating the measuring signals at least instances of start time signals.
Abstract:
A drill bit jig includes an elongate member, two jig securing elements and a rotatable drill bit guide. The elongate member is hollow so that one or more elongate drill bits may be stored therein. The drill bit guide includes a plurality of through holes where the axes of the through holes are parallel to the axis of the elongate member. Each of the plurality of through holes in the drill bit guide has a different diameter for accommodating drill bits of different thicknesses. The jig securing elements each include an L-shaped bolt and a door protecting material encasing one of the straight sections of the bolt.
Abstract:
The present invention provides inhibitors of O-GIcNAc transferase. Typically, the inhibitors are quinolinone-6-sulfonamides. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions thereof and methods for using the same in diabetes and complications thereof, neurodegenerative diseases, cancers, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory diseases.
Abstract:
A system for monitoring and managing the energy consumption of designated devices or services obtains the point-of-use energy consumption of the designated devices or services and collects this consumption information in various formats as data. The collected data may be analyzed for peak load analysis and load shedding recommendations, among other analysis. The data may be displayed on a user interface to an energy consumer in various formats that permit the consumer to make decisions and take actions based on the displayed data or the analysis. The data may be displayed in real-time format so that the consumer may observe the instant energy consumption of a particular device. The consumer may also view a device's energy consumption to-date over a predetermined period of time. The consumer may also take an action through the system to reduce the consumer's overall energy consumption.
Abstract:
A coring tool for coring doors is provided. The coring tool may include a tool body having a first end and an opposing second end and a clamp member coupled to the tool body adjacent the second end. The tool body and the clamp member are moveable toward and away from each other in response to operation of a clamp actuator. The coring tool may also include a head having guide bushings for inserting a bit through the guide bushings for coring a door. The head may be coupled adjacent the first end of the tool body and the head may be movable toward and away from the tool body to align the guide bushing with the door to be cored.
