摘要： A method and apparatus of reporting logged measurements in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected mode receives Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) configuration from a base station and starts a validity timer upon receiving the MDT configuration. The user equipment in an RRC idle mode logs measurements based on the MDT configuration to collect logged measurements while the validity timer is running. When the validity timer is expired, the user equipment discards the MDT configuration.

摘要： A method and apparatus of performing a handover from a macro cell to a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment transmits to a macro cell proxy information which indicates at least one frequency for at least one member CSG cell and receives from the macro cell a handover command which commands a handover from the macro cell to a target CSG cell. The user equipment performs the handover from the macro cell to the target CSG cell and checks whether additional proxy information indicating an additional frequency for at least one additional member CSG cell during the handover is found. The user equipment transmits to the target CSG cell the additional proxy information after completing the handover.

The apparatus includes a network interface unit for transceiving data between a control device and a management device, a controller for controlling provision of services requested from the control device through the network interface unit when a permit time, during which a target of security service is allowed to be given services, is longer than a used time, during which predetermined services are provided to the target of security service, and a used time processing unit for updating the used time by reflecting time during which the services are provided. When security services are performed, services of a controlled device can be provided during the permitted time according to a user or a control device.

摘要： An apparatus and method for controlling a resource utilization policy in a virtual environment are provided. The apparatus may increase network throughput by dynamically adjusting the resource utilization policies of a driver domain that can directly access a shared device, and a guest driver that cannot directly access the shared device. In addition, the apparatus may improve the efficiency of the use of CPU resources by appropriately adjusting the CPU occupancy rates of the driver and guest domains.
