摘要： A system and method for establishing a secured connection between home network devices are provided. Particularly, a system and method for establishing a secured connection between a home network including a plurality of non-secured Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) devices and a secured external UPnP device by creating virtual UPnP devices for the respective corresponding non-secured UPnP devices are provided. The system for establishing a secured connection between home network devices includes a virtual UPnP device creation unit which creates a secured virtual UPnP device for a non-secured UPnP device, an information storage unit which stores correspondence information regarding the non-secured UPnP device and the virtual UPnP device, and a secured communication unit which securely communicates with a secured UPnP device with reference to the correspondence information.

The method includes a content device downloading the contents from a source device, storing synch data required to synchronize the downloaded contents, determining a target device by interpreting the synch data, and executing the contents through the target device. The data format includes SynchTime for defining a time at which contents stored in a content device are executed in a target device, SynchAction for defining actions that are required to allow the content device to execute the contents in the target device, ContentInfo for defining the kinds of contents, PreferenceInfo for defining the basic information of an owner if the owner of the contents exists, and SelectDeviceInfo for defining a certain criterion to select a certain device if a plurality of devices providing the corresponding service exist at the time of synchronization.

摘要： A test device for a semiconductor memory device includes a clock frequency multiplier, a data input buffer, a test data generator and a data output buffer. The clock frequency multiplier multiplies an external clock signal having a relatively low frequency provided from an external test device to generate an internal clock signal having a relatively high frequency. The data input buffer buffers test pattern data provided in synchronization to the external clock signal to output the buffered test pattern data. The test data generator generates test data that is to be synchronized to the internal clock signal, using the outputted test pattern data based on a first or a second control signal. The data output buffer outputs the generated test data to a memory core of the semiconductor memory device. The test device generates various test data suitable for a memory test at a high operating speed.

摘要： A test device for a semiconductor memory device includes a clock frequency multiplier, a data input buffer, a test data generator and a data output buffer.
