Abstract: Provided are the use of cereblon (CRBN) as a biomarker for diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and novel monoclonal antibodies specific to CRBN. More specifically, provided are a composition and a kit for diagnosing or predicting the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma by using CRBN as a biomarker for diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma, an information providing method for diagnosing or predicting the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma, two novel monoclonal antibodies binding specifically to CRBN, and hybridoma cells producing the same. The expression level difference of CRBN protein allows patients with hepatocellular carcinoma to be diagnosed early and indicates better predictive capabilities than the presence or absence of microvascular invasion, which was an important factor in predicting a prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma in prior art, and thus can be expected to be used as a diagnostic marker to diagnose hepatocellular carcinoma and to evaluate a prognosis after hepatic resection.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to an EGF2 domain of colon cancer secreted protein-2 (CCSP-2), or an antigen-binding fragment thereof. The monoclonal antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof of the present invention specifically binds to the EGF2 domain of CCSP-2, and thus has significantly increased affinity compared with existing peptides specifically binding to CCSP-2 and further increased specificity compared with existing antibodies to CCSP-2. Therefore, in future, accurate diagnosis can be achieved by specific detection of CCSP-2 in the protein level.

Abstract: A catheter delivery device having an improved mechanism for inserting a catheter into a blood vessel of a patient. The catheter delivery device includes at least: a body including a delivery path of a catheter; a pair of feeders having grippers located on the delivery path of the body and are configured to grip and release the catheter; and a rotator configured to rotate the catheter gripped by the feeders. The feeders move from a grip position where the grippers grip the catheter to a forward position where the grippers advance in a state of gripping the catheter, from the forward position to a grip release position where the grippers release the catheter, from the grip release position to a backward position where the grippers retract in a state of releasing a grip on the catheter, and from the backward position to the grip position.
