    Abstract: Processing circuitry calculates a corrected acceleration by correcting a second requested acceleration. One of a first requested acceleration and the corrected acceleration is selected as an arbitration result. The arbitration result is output to a control circuit for controlling an actuator of a vehicle. If the first requested acceleration has been selected as the arbitration result when the corrected acceleration is calculated, the processing circuitry calculates the corrected acceleration such that the corrected acceleration is closer to the selected first requested acceleration than the corrected acceleration obtained when the selected first requested acceleration is obtained.

    Abstract: A vehicle management system is applied to a battery electric vehicle. The battery electric vehicle includes a simulation mode in which a simulation target is simulated. The simulation target includes at least either of a driving sound of a virtual mobile body and driving characteristics of a virtual vehicle. The vehicle management system includes one or more processors. The one or more processors are configured to calculate driving proficiency of a driver that drives the battery electric vehicle in the simulation mode. The one or more processors are configured to change options for the simulation target according to the driving proficiency.

The air conditioner includes an electric compressor and an exterior heat exchanger. The exterior heat exchanger is of a water-cooled type, and is located vertically above the mechatronic unit when mounted in the hybrid electric vehicle.

    Abstract: A stabilizer bushing including a bushing body formed of a tubular rubber elastic body and including a sliding liner disposed on an inner surface of its inner hole. A stabilizer bar is inserted through the inner hole without being bonded thereto and a bracket is mounted onto an outer surface of the bushing body to attach the bushing body to a vehicle body via the bracket. Two rigid intermediate members are fastened to the bushing body on opposite sides of the inner hole to face each other, and include respective first and second facing plate parts protruding radially outward from opposite ends. A slit circumferentially dividing the bushing body is formed between the first facing plate parts. A cut extending radially outward from the inner hole to a radially middle part of the bushing body is formed between the second facing plate parts.

    Abstract: A relay circuit includes a contact relay and a voltage generating circuit. The contact relay includes an electrical contact and a coil. The coil drives the electrical contacts. The voltage generating circuit generates an application voltage to the coil. The electrical contact is closed when the application voltage exceeds the operating voltage of the contact relay and is opened when the application voltage falls below the return voltage of the contact relay that is lower than the operating voltage. The voltage generating circuit closes the electrical contact by generating an application voltage such that the application voltage exceeds the operating voltage, and then generates an application voltage such that the application voltage is held at a step-down voltage lower than the operating voltage and higher than the return voltage.
