Abstract: A cell stack assembly, including: a plurality of stacked battery cells, each including an electrode assembly; a laminate exterior packaging that covers the electrode assembly and encloses the electrode assembly internally; and a fixing tape, including at least one of an inner fixing tape wound in a peripheral direction onto an outer peripheral face of the electrode assembly at an inner side of the laminate exterior packaging, or an outer fixing tape wound in a peripheral direction onto an outer peripheral face of the laminate exterior packaging, wherein: taking a direction in which the plurality of battery cells are stacked as a stacking direction, the fixing tape is wound such that winding positions of the fixing tape do not overlap in the stacking direction for at least one adjacent pair of the battery cells.

A production method of an anode active material layer comprises: blending the carbon-based anode active material, and the 4.0% to 9.0% by mass of the binder with respect to the total amount of the anode active material layer, to prepare an anode composite material; and coating the anode composite material onto a substrate by a dry method to form the anode active material layer.

When the first electrode layer is fabricated by rolled film formation, at least part of a surface of active material particles used in the rolled film formation is coated with a resin that is different from polytetrafluoroethylene.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a laminate-type battery is disclosed. Abstract: A laminated battery includes an electrode stack including a plurality of electrodes stacked together and having a cuboid shape, and a laminate film covering and sealing the electrodes. The laminate film includes a film body covering four surfaces of the electrode stack, a film partitioning wall interposed between two adjacent electrodes of the plurality of electrodes, and cover members that are twice as many as the electrodes. The film body and the film partitioning wall define accommodating portions respectively accommodating the electrodes. The cover members cover two remaining uncovered sides of each accommodating portion. The cover members each have a recess-shaped portion including a bottom wall and four side walls. An outer surface or an inner surface of the bottom wall faces a side surface of a corresponding one of the electrodes. Outer surfaces of the side walls are fusion-bonded to the film body or the film partitioning wall.
