    摘要: A reverse rotational number of a binding wire feed mechanism is set such that a binding wire is completely pulled back regardless of a boldness or flexibility of the binding wire, a diameter of a reinforcing bar or the like. A driven gear 14 having a V groove of the binding wire feed mechanism is brought into elastic contact with a main drive gear 13 having a V groove by a spring and the binding wire is fed by pinching the binding wire by the main drive gear 13 having the V groove and the driven gear 14 having the V groove. After feeding out the binding wire to form a loop around the reinforcing bar and clamping a front end of the binding wire by a twist mechanism, the binding wire feed mechanism is rotated reversely and the binding wire is pulled back to be wound around the reinforcing bar. After stopping the binding wire, the main drive gear 13 having the V groove and the driven gear 14 having the V groove are slipped relative to the binding wire to rotate idly and continue to rotate reversely until a predetermined rotational number.

    摘要: An electromagnetic fuel injection valve includes a valve housing coupled to at one end thereof to a valve seat member; a stationary core coupled to the other end of the valve housing; and a valve assembly comprised of a movable core slidably accommodated in the valve housing, and a valve member connected to the movable core through a rod portion and adapted to cooperate with the valve seat. In the electromagnetic fuel injection valve, the valve housing is provided with a guide portion on which the valve assembly is axially slidably carried, and a high-hardness coating of diamond-like carbon including silicon is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the valve assembly contacting with the guide portion. The surface roughness Rmax of the high-hardness coating is set in a range of 0.05 to 0.2 μm. Thus, it is possible to achieve the stabilization of opened and closed attitudes of the valve assembly and the responsiveness of the valve assembly, thereby contributing an improvement in low fuel consumption in an engine.

    摘要: In welding joint surfaces of a high-hardness member and a low-hardness member to each other by use of a laser beam or an electron beam, the point of irradiation of the laser beam or electron beam is offset from the joint surfaces of the high-hardness member and the low-hardness member toward the low-hardness member by a predetermined distance, such that the melting provided by the beam is caused to spread from the low-hardness member to the high-hardness member. Thus, even if the two members different in hardness from each other are welded together by use. of the laser beam or electron beam, it is possible to avoid a poor weld, which would otherwise cause a cracking in the high-hardness member.

    摘要: An electric power tool “A” operates a working part 5 by repeating rotation of a motor 4 in a normal direction and in a reverse direction one or more times. The motor 4 includes a brushless motor. Sensors H for detecting a position of a rotor 15 are provided on the motor 4 so as to be advanced by an electrical angle of 30°±θ° from an intermediate position between respective stator teeth 16 in a direction of the normal rotation of the rotor 15. A control part 20 for controlling the rotation of the motor 4 controls a driving signal of the motor 4 based on the results of detection by the sensors H. Moreover, the control part 20 selects a detection signal of the sensors H so that relation between the rotor 15 and the detection signal of the sensors H is equivalent in either of the normal rotation and the reverse rotation of the rotor 15.

When a wire reel is rotated in starting to bind a wire, rotation thereof is detected by the rotation detecting lever switched ON/OFF by a projected portion formed at a side face of the wire reel, the photosensor detects a reflection mark of the wire reel to determine a kind of the wire from a number of the marks, and a twist torque or the like is controlled. Wire information is detected not in an initializing operation (in setting wire) of rotating the wire reel at low speed but in a binding operation of rotating at high speed and therefore, an amount of swinging the rotation detecting lever is large and wire information can firmly be detected.

    摘要: Two guide pins 11 and 12 formed upright in a guide plate 7 are received in guide pin fitting holes 13 and 14 formed in a guide member 8. Fixed screws 23a and 23b are screw-connected to the guide pins 11 and 12. One guide pin 12 is fitted to the corresponding guide pin fitting hole 14 with a play. Screw holes 20 and 21 are formed through the inner surface of the guide pin fitting hole 14 and the outer surface of the guide member 8. An angle of the guide member 8 with respect to the guide plate 7 is adjusted by allowing front ends of embedded screws 22a and 22b respectively screw-inserted in the screw holes 20 and 21 to respectively engage with a peripheral surface of the guide pin 12.
