摘要： Provided are a steel cord and a single steel wire having excellent straightness quality for reinforcing tire and a method of manufacturing the steel cord and single steel wire. The steel cord and the single steel wire include a wire undergoing through a drawing process, a heating process performed in a state in which tension is applied to the wire, and a cooling process; and a winding portion on which the wire is wound, the winding portion having a diameter greater than a diameter of the wire, wherein, when an end of the wire that has been wound on the winding portion for six months to one year is fixed on a point and the wire is pulled down vertically to 400 mm, a distance between a first axis that is perpendicular to the point and an opposite end of the wire is 30 mm or less. The method of manufacturing the steel cord and single steel wire having excellent straightness quality for reinforcing tire includes: a wire preparing process, a heating process, a cooling process, and a winding process.

The method can include securing a tip of an electrode, comprising a conductor substantially encased by an insulator, to a proximal portion of an inserter. The electrode can be wound around a proximal portion of the inserter and a portion of the electrode can be secured to a distal portion of the inserter. A tension in the electrode can be maintained during the winding to keep the electrode in place during the winding.

In one application, a method of mechanical conditioning in accordance with the present disclosure isolates inherent defects in nickel-titanium or NiTi materials in fields of a secondary material phase that are resistant to crack initiation and/or propagation, such as a martensite phase, while the remainder of the surrounding defect-free material remains in a primary or parent material phase, such as an austenite phase, whereby the overall superelastic nature of the material is preserved.

摘要： An apparatus for the formation of a wire loop comprises a wire drive for advancing a wire and a loop layer to grip a first end of the wire and to lay a wire loop. When the wire is advanced, the wire loop is formed into a selected size. The apparatus also includes a pull-out gripper and a sensor device, the pull-out gripper being configured to grasp the wire of the wire loop and, after grasping the wire of the wire loop, move relative to the loop layer, thereby tensioning the wire loop in a longitudinal direction. The sensor device can detect a twist in the wire loop.

摘要： A tie-down includes a frame, a handle, a reel, a bushing, two ratchet wheels and two detents. The frame includes two walls. The handle includes two blades. The reel is rotationally inserted in the blades of the handle via the walls of the frame. The bushing includes a space for receiving the reel and an opening via which a strap is wound onto the reel. The bushing further includes two annular ridges inserted in the blades of the handle via the walls of the frame so that the annular ridges protect the reel from the blades of the handle. The ratchet wheels are connected to two ends of the reel so that the ratchet wheels are rotatable with the reel. The first detent is movable on the frame for engagement with the ratchet wheels. The second detent is movable on the handle for engagement with the ratchet wheels.

摘要： The fence post extraction tool is a tool used to extract a wooden fence post from the ground using only vertical movement. The wooden fence post extraction tool includes a threaded rod that screws into an expanding piercing tip. The expanding piercing tip is driven into a pre-drilled hole located on a top surface of the wooden fence post. The piercing tip is driven into the hole via a hammer sleeve that is slideable engaged about the threaded rod. The threaded rod is attached to an attachment clip located at a distal end from the piercing tip. The attachment clip secures to a lifting means suspended under a tripod, and which lifts the wooden fence post vertically from the ground.
