    摘要: An impact tool includes a motor, a hammer casing with an opened rear end and a disk-shaped member coupled to the hammer casing to close the opened rear end and to rotatably support a spindle. A first engagement member is formed on an outer face of the disk-shaped member. A second engagement member is formed on an inner face of the recess and engaging with the first engagement member to restrict a movement of the hammer casing in a second direction parallel to a rotation axis of the spindle. A third engagement member is formed on an outer face of the hammer casing. A fourth engagement member is formed on an inner face of the housing body and engaging with the third engagement member so as to restrict a movement of the hammer casing in the first direction.

    摘要: A method for controlling the shrinkage of ceramic formed bodies is provided, including performing a preliminary test to determine an average shrinkage of ceramic formed bodies made from test lots of a ceramic powder, and determining a linear correlation between the average shrinkage and measured amounts of the ground test lots removed from a ball mill during a specific milling time interval. A batch of the ceramic powder is then ground, an amount of the ground ceramic powder removed from the ball mill during the specific time interval is measured, and the linear correlation is used to estimate the shrinkage of a ceramic body made therefrom. The difference between a target shrinkage and the estimated shrinkage is determined, and one or more of the processing conditions used to form the ceramic body are changed to offset the difference.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for controlling the shrinkage of formed ceramic bodies, by which it is possible to suppress fluctuation of the shrinkage of formed ceramic bodies and to cause the shrinkage to approximate the target rate. The method comprises controlling the shrinkage of formed ceramic bodies in manufacturing ceramic products by a predetermined manufacturing process from ceramic powder ground by a dry-type ball mill. Such control can be achieved by determining a correlation between the change in the amount of the ground ceramic powder taken out from the dry-type ball mill with elapse time and the shrinkage during firing of the formed ceramic body, and thereafter adjusting the manufacturing conditions based on the previously-determined conditions for the above-mentioned manufacturing process and the correlation with respect to the shrinkage obtained.

    摘要: Two grooves are provided on a rear face of the remote control transmission apparatus and a plurality of electrodes are arranged in the grooves in substantially the same direction as an extension direction thereof. The plurality of the electrodes are connected to a conversion device. The conversion device measures an impedance between each of the electrodes and the finger placed in the groove, codes that impedance distribution pattern and transmits it to a recognition device. The recognition device determines whether or not he is a particular registered person by verifying with a preliminarily stored registration pattern and controls availability of a pay channel according to the determination result.

The method for producing a powder molded product of the present invention includes a slurry preparation step; a molding step of molding the prepared slurry into a primary molded product having a specific shape; and a drying-solidification step of solidifying the slurry by promoting the aforementioned chemical reaction in the primary molded product, and removing, through evaporation, the dispersion medium from the primary molded product.
