摘要: A graphdiyne dispersion liquid, a bi-component polyurethane adhesive and a preparation method therefor, wherein the graphdiyne dispersion liquid is prepared from graphdiyne powder and a polyurethane dispersant; component A of the bi-component polyurethane adhesive comprises a polyurethane prepolymer, an additive and a graphdiyne dispersion liquid, and component B of the bi-component polyurethane adhesive comprises polyol, a catalyst, and a graphdiyne dispersion liquid. The bi-component polyurethane adhesive has relatively good anti-ultraviolet weather resistance and bubble suppression performance during a curing process, and has a potential application value in high-end industrial fields.

摘要: A process for producing PU foams, preferably flexible PU foams, can be performed by reacting at least one polyol component, comprising a recycled polyol, with at least one isocyanate component in the presence of one or more catalysts that catalyse the isocyanate-polyol and/or isocyanate-water reactions and/or isocyanate trimerization. The recycled polyol is obtained by hydrolysis of a polyurethane, by contacting said polyurethane with water in the presence of a specific base-catalyst-combination.

摘要: Embodiments relate to a porous polyurethane polishing pad for use in a chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process of semiconductors and a process for producing the same. In the porous polyurethane polishing pad, it is possible to control the size and distribution of pores, whereby the polishing performance (i.e., polishing rate) of the polishing pad can be adjusted, by way of employing thermally expanded microcapsules as a solid phase foaming agent and an inert gas as a gas phase foaming agent.

摘要: There is described a process for producing a free-rise polyurethane foam having a density of less than or equal to about 0.75 pcf. the process comprises the steps of: (a) contacting: (i) an isocyanate, (ii) a first polyol comprising a first polymer chain consisting essentially of propylene oxide units and alkylene oxide units selected from ethylene oxide, butylene oxide and mixtures thereof in a weight ratio of propylene oxide units to alkylene oxide units in the range of from about 90:10 to about 25:75, the polymer chain being terminally capped with the ethylene oxide units, the first polyol having a primary hydroxyl content of at least about 70% based on the total hydroxyl content of the first polyol, (iii) water (iv) a surfactant and (v) a catalyst to form a foamable reaction mixture; and (b) expanding the foamable reaction mixture to produce the free-rise polyurethane foam.

摘要: The present invention discloses a tertiary amine initiator and polymeric polyol compositions made therefrom useful for making polyurethane polymers, especially polyurethane foams. Said polyurethane polymer foams demonstrate a good balance of mechanical properties, physical properties, and low emissions. The tertiary amine initiator is one or more partially alkylated amine compound have the Structure II: RR1N—(R′—NH)y—(R′—NR4)x-y—R′—NR2R3 wherein R′ is a C1 to C6 linear or branched alkyl group, R, R1, R2, and R3 are independently a hydrogen or a C1 to C6 linear or branched alkyl group with the proviso that at least one of R, R1, R2, and R3 is not hydrogen, R4 is a hydrogen or a C1 to C6 linear or branched alkyl group, x is from 1 to 33, y is from 0 to 32, and z is from 0 to 15, with the proviso that x-y is equal to or greater than 1 and the number of N—H bonds in (II) is greater than 0 and less than 8.

摘要: Disclosed is a method and system for supporting a pipeline in a trench. The disclosure is directed to the placement of urea-silicate sprayable or pumpable foams into trenches to provide pipeline pillow supports during placement of the pipeline and to form trench breakers in the trench prior to the trench being backfilled. The pillow supports and trench breakers inhibit erosion of the trench prior to and after being backfilled. The urea-silicate foam material has an open cell content of at least 50% to resist floatation, is non-flammable and electrically conductive. Also disclosed is use of supports for placement between the urea-silicate foam and the bottom of the trench to aid in utilization of the urea-silicate foams in cold weather conditions and in trenches with steeply sloped bottoms. Preferably the supports are biodegradable and electrically conductive when wet.

摘要: The present invention provides coated films and packages formed from such films. In one aspect, a coated film comprises (a) a film comprising (i) a first layer comprising from 70 to 100 percent by weight of a linear low density polyethylene having a density less than 0.930 g/cm3 and a peak melting point of less than 126° C.; (ii) a second layer comprising from 60 to 100 percent by weight polyethylene having a density of 0.905 to 0.970 g/cm3 and a peak melting point in the range of 100° C. to 135° C.; and (iii) at least one inner layer between the first layer and the second layer comprising from 40 to 100 percent by weight of a high density polyethylene having a density from 0.930 to 0.970 g/cm3and a peak melting point in the range of 120° C. to 135° C.; and (b) a coating on an outer surface of the second layer of the film comprising polyurethane. In another aspect, the coated film comprises a monolayer comprising from 70 to 100 percent by weight of a polyethylene having a density less than 0.930 g/cm3, a melt index (I2) of less than 2.0 g/10 minutes and a peak melting point of less than 126° C., and a coating on an outer surface of the film comprising polyurethane In some embodiments, the coated film is thermally resistant under the sealing conditions of ASTM 1921-98 over a temperature range of 80° C. to 180° C., and/or has a gloss of at least 70 units at 60°.
