摘要： A plurality of fuse circuits are layered with a space therebetween in a housing. A fusible portion of one of the layered fuse circuits is offset from a fusible portion of an adjacent one of the layered fuse circuits perpendicularly to a direction in which the fuse circuits are layered. A connection plate of one of the layered fuse circuits is offset from a connection plate of an adjacent one of the layered fuse circuits perpendicularly to a direction in which the fuse circuits are layered. The connection plate has a U-shaped extended portion.

摘要： Housing-side intimate contact ribs are formed on a rear end surface of a male connector housing, and a holder-side intimate-contact ribs are formed on a mat seal holder which holds a mat seal on the male connector housing. These intimate-contact ribs are inserted respectively in inlet portions of intimate-contact cavity portions formed in the mat seal, thereby provisionally retaining the mat seal. In this condition, metal terminals can be easily and positively passed respectively through wire insertion holes in the mat seal.

摘要： A housing 3 of a female connector 1 has a receiving space 5 for a slide lock member 15 and a resilient member 17, and this receiving space 5 is provided near to a terminal receiving chamber 7 for receiving a connection terminal. The slide lock member 15 is slidable in a fitting direction, and retains a mating connector, and has a release projection 16 which is pressed when releasing the fitting. The receiving space 5 has an opening 6 through which part of the slide lock member 15 is exposed to the exterior. Half-fitting prevention lock stoppers 8 for limiting the movement of the mating connector are formed respectively at opposed sides of the receiving space 5.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a connection box for plural kinds of fusible links each having different dimensions wherein the connection box is constructed in such a manner as to allow the respective fusible links to be firmly fitted to the connection box with excellent stability. The connection box for plural kinds of fusible links is integrally molded of a heat-resisting synthetic resin and includes a horizontal box-shaped portion and a vertical wall portion as essential components. An opposing pair of common slots are formed through a bottom wall of the horizontal box-shaped portion while extending not only in parallel with each other but also in parallel with the opposite side walls defining a peripheral wall of the horizontal box-shaped portion. The interior of the peripheral wall is stepwise recessed so an to enable plural kinds of fusible links each having different dimensions to be received therein. In the shown case, two kinds of inner peripheral walls are formed inside of the peripheral wall of the horizontal box-shaped portion so as to receive two kinds of housings for the fusible links herein.

摘要： Disclosure is a fusible link which prevents a housing from being deformed and discolored due to unnecessary generation of heat in a fuse element. In the fusible link, each of connecting plates includes two elastic engagement pieces and two projections respectively in each of ribs which are formed by folding the two ends of the connecting plate. A housing includes, in the inner wall of a connecting plate insertion hole through which the connecting plate is inserted, a connecting plate slip-off preventive stepped portion to be engaged by the elastic engagement piece and a connecting plate slip-off preventive flange against which the preventive projection is abutted. When the connecting plate is inserted through the connecting plate insertion hole, the engagement portions in the connecting plate are engaged with engagement portions in the housing respectively.

摘要： A socket contact is constituted by a general tubular-shaped body and a pair of opposed resilient members formed by splitting the front portion of the general tubular body with a pair of slits. One of the opposed resilient members has an inner surface having a pair of contacting portions at the predetermined peripheral intervals. The other opposed resilient member has an inner surface having a contact portion in confronting relation with a peripheral center of the pair of contacting portions of the one of the opposed resilient members. As a result, it is possible to clamp a male contact to be inserted stably between the opposed resilient members and then to keep a posture of the male contact with high contact pressure against the male contact.

摘要： A connector is disclosed wherein a flexible retaining piece for engagement with a terminal is disposed in a terminal receiving chamber of a housing body, and a spacer for preventing the flexing of the flexible retaining piece is inserted into a gap which allows the flexing of said flexible retaining piece. The abutment wall is provided in the housing body in opposed relation to a side surface of the flexible retaining piece. The spacer is provided in the gap so as to slide in a direction perpendicular to the side surface of the flexible retaining piece. Engaging holes and flexure prevention portions for the flexible retaining pieces are provided on the spacer and are arranged in the direction of slide of the spacer.

摘要： A fuse block is provided. The fuse block includes a fuse box and a plurality of fusible links. The fuse box includes a bottom wall; a plurality of side walls, each side wall extending perpendicular to the bottom wall to define a continuous recess space; and a plurality of guide ribs formed along the side walls and extending in a guide direction which is perpendicular to the bottom wall. The plurality of fusible links are insertable into the continuous recess space, and each fusible link includes a housing, and a plurality of chases formed in the housing and extending in the guide direction. A position of each of the guide ribs within the fuse box corresponds to a position of one of the chases of the fusible links.
