Abstract:
A data analysis method for an integrated circuit process is described, for analyzing the results of at least an in-line quality test, a product test and a yield test done to the products of the IC process. The products are divided into a normal group and an abnormal group based on the result of the in-line quality test, and are divided into a qualified group and an unqualified group based on the result of the yield test. A categorization step is performed to define the intersection of the unqualified group and the normal group as a first problematic group and to define the intersection of the unqualified group and the abnormal group as a second problematic group. By analyzing one or both of the two problematic groups, the major yield killer can be identified so that process modification can be made accordingly to improve the yield.
Abstract:
A mass audio notification system is provided, comprising a network, a plurality of speakers connected to the network, and at least one server connected to the network. The server can send audio data to at least one of the plurality of speakers via a transport link, and the server can send control commands to at least one of the plurality of speakers. The transport link can include a first protocol based on internet protocol.
Abstract:
A system for extracting customer feedback from a microblog site includes a retrieval unit coupled to the microblog site to capture microblog updates. A filter unit coupled to the retrieval unit filters the captured microblog updates according to filter criteria that remove non-actionable items from the captured microblog updates. A learning unit coupled to the filter unit prioritizes the filtered microblog updates, and a classification unit coupled to the learning unit classifies the filtered and prioritized microblog updates. An action unit coupled to the classification unit performs appropriate actions based on the classified, filtered and prioritized microblog updates.

Abstract:
A software module for use within an integrated circuit fabrication facility sends commands to a tool according to a method that operates with any tool that satisfies SEMI standards to add or subtract steps in a process without reprogramming or recompiling. The program operates autonomously to change parameters of commands that it sends to the tool to improve performance of the fab.
Abstract:
A method of inhibiting TNFα or IL-1β expression with 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and its derivatives. Also disclosed is a method of treating TNFα or IL-1β related disorders using these compounds.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for managing feedback from customers, especially feedback which has been posted on social media websites or submitted electronically from a mobile device. Specific social media websites are automatically monitored for comments regarding a specific brand. Customers who posted comments are contacted with an invitation to provide more details regarding the comment. A link to the brand's website or to a specific feedback application is provided to the customer. Once the customer logs in to either the website or the application, the customer can provide more details regarding the comment and this feedback is assigned a ticket. The feedback associated with the ticket is then routed based on the content of the feedback.
Abstract:
A server and methods relating to a notification system having a client request gateway for validating client requests and for mapping client requests with transactions. The notification system also has an enterprise interaction engine for receiving the transactions and mapping transactions with interactions. These interactions are sent to applications servers that produce interactions results. Interaction results are then associated with transactions results. Based on the transaction results, notifications are created and sent to members of an audience.
Abstract:
An IP-enabled speaker with a trigger button module. Activation of the button on the trigger button module activates an audio link between a user of the speaker and a user of a destination communications device.
