Abstract:
Food cooking surface for a kitchen utensil or cooking appliance, constituted by the surface of a compound fabricated starting from an alloy whose two principal components are zirconium and cobalt.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a food cooking surface for kitchen utensils or cooking appliances. The invention is characterised in that the cooking surface is a metallic compound containing, by weight, at least 50% cobalt and at least 18% chrome. Advantageously, the compound comprises at least 5% of one or more metals from tungsten, nickel and molybdenum.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a food cooking surface for a kitchen utensil or cooking device, characterized in that said cooking surface is either an amorphous metallic alloy or a nanocrystalline metallic alloy. According to the invention, the amorphous alloy has the formula AaDbEcXd where: A=Zr or Cu, D is at least one element selected from Ni, Cu, Al if A=Zr or at least one element selected from, Zr, Al if A=Cu, E=at least one element selected from Ti, or Hf, X=the impurities of production with 40%
Abstract:
Cooking vessel provided with an imperforate base (6) having a face (6a) adapted to be exposed to a heat source (2). This face has a series of substantially radial grooves (7) and is substantially free from non-radial grooves. The depth of the radial grooves is within the range of one-quarter to one-half the thickness of the vessel base (6).
