Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for non-small data transmission (non-SDT) dedicated radio bearer (DRB) handling while in a radio resource control (RRC) inactive state. A wireless device may determine, while operating in the RRC inactive state, that non-SDT data is available for transmission on a non-SDT DRB and determine, based on one or more conditions, to transmit, to a base station, non-SDT data arrival information during an SDT procedure. The one or more conditions may be associated with arrival time of the non-SDT data and/or an amount of non-SDT data to be transmitted. The arrival time may be relative to arrival of SDT data, initiation of an SDT procedure, and/or initiation of a subsequent transmission period of an SDT procedure.

Abstract: Techniques for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) processing for multiple transmission and reception point (multi-TRP) are disclosed. In some embodiments, determining PDSCH hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) processing timing may include determining that a user equipment (UE) is configured for single downlink control information (single-DCI) multi-TRP PDSCH operation, determining a first PDSCH and a second PDSCH within a slot, wherein the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH are used in the single-DCI multi-TRP PDSCH operation, and determining a minimum HARQ-ACK processing timing for the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH using one or more symbols of the first PDSCH or one or more symbols of both the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH.

The UE may also receive a sidelink logical channel configuration message indicating that sidelink data associated with a logical channel can be mapped to one or more sidelink carriers on a list of allowed sidelink carriers. Accordingly, the UE may transmit the sidelink data associated with the logical channel via at least one sidelink carrier on the list of allowed sidelink carriers based at least in part on mapping the logical channel to the at least one sidelink carrier in accordance with the configuration for mapping and the sidelink logical channel configuration message.
