Abstract: Self-orchestration and -management of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) leveraging the use of extended Reality (XR) amongst support personnel to perform the maintenance/repair. Issues and events required to address the issues are identified at the ATM and a maintenance queue is generated, and subsequently managed, at the ATM that includes an ordered listing of the events and assigned support personnel for each event, along with access credentials for each support personnel. Management of the maintenance queue includes notifying the support personnel of their event assignments of the requisite timing requirements. XR is used to facilitate maintenance and repair in a collaborative and, in some instances simultaneous, manner between remote and onsite support personnel. Various different XR operational modes are implemented to assist support personnel in accomplishing the assigned events without the need for extensive training and/or experience.

Abstract: Arrangements for providing dual-functionality device control functions are provided. In some aspects, a selection of a mode of functionality may be received. For instance, a user may select an option of at least two options available for selection on the payment device. In response to receiving the selected mode, a device identifier that may be or include a non-fungible token (NFT) may be generated. The NFT may be transmitted to the payment device for display on the payment device. The payment device may then be used to initiate a transaction. A transaction request including an encrypted version of the NFT, as well as additional data, may be received. The NFT may be decrypted and evaluated to determine whether it matches a pre-stored NFT. If not, the transaction may be denied and if so, the transaction may be authorized.

Abstract: The present disclosure details systems and methods for homomorphic encryption-based data caching. This technology detects transaction patterns via a monitoring module that liaises with both a payment system and an entity system. Prior to its processing, transaction data is encrypted with a homomorphic encryption module. A dynamic interface, aligned with a local point-of-sale (POS) cache, prioritizes data based on current transaction metrics. If a recipient server is busy, the transaction data is rerouted, stored in the POS's local cache, and queued. The transaction's success is gauged against a predefined cut-off time. Unsuccessful transactions within this window are slated for batch processing, yet resource processing proceeds while awaiting this batch processing.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to reimaging an ATM using an extended reality interface and machine learning models that are configured to reimage the ATM. A computing system may send a request for authorization to access an ATM. Based on the request being granted the ATM may be accessed via an extended reality interface. Reimaging the ATM may be based on inputting ATM data associated with a state of the ATM into machine learning models that are configured to generate instructions to reimage the ATM and then execute threads based on processes that were determined based on the instructions. The threads may be executed in a RAM of the ATM in accordance with machine learning model determined priorities of the threads.

The system further stores the NFT generation and deployment on a distributed ledger. In this way, storing and tracking the movement of resources using a distributed ledger.
