Abstract: This application relates to an encoding method and apparatus, and a display apparatus. The encoding method includes encoding 8-bit data corresponding to a to-be-encoded byte of to-be-transmitted data into alternative 10-bit data, the to-be-transmitted data including at least one to-be-encoded byte, detecting whether the first-digit data of the alternative 10-bit data is the same as the previous-digit data adjacent to the first-digit data, when the to-be-encoded byte is not the first byte of the to-be-transmitted data, inverting the alternative 10-bit data to obtain target 10-bit data, when the numerical value of the first-digit data is the same as that of the previous-digit data, and determining the alternative 10-bit data as the target 10-bit data, when the numerical value of the first-digit data is different from that of the previous-digit data. The 8-bit data, the alternative 10-bit data and the target 10-bit data are binary data.

Abstract: The display technologies relate to a method and computer-readable medium for displaying image and to a display device configured to perform the method for displaying image. The image display method includes acquiring an image for display in an nth frame on a display screen; detecting a first sub-image and a second sub-image within the image, a resolution of the first sub-image being higher than a resolution of the second sub-image; comparing the first sub-image in the nth frame with a corresponding sub-image in an (n−1)th frame; and refreshing a localized area of the display screen positionally corresponding to the first sub-image to display an interpolated sub-image in the localized area.

Abstract: This application discloses an image processing system, an image display method, a display device, and a storage medium, which belongs to the field of display technology. The method includes: acquiring a first resolution supported by a display panel currently installed in the display device; identifying a second resolution of pending image data input by a video source to the image processing system; determining a target data processing module in at least two data processing modules; retrieving the target data processing module to process the pending image data to obtain target image data; and outputting the target image data to the display panel. Since at least two data processing modules are provided in the image processing system, the image processing system may be compatible with display panels having at least two resolutions, which effectively improves the compatibility of the image display system. This application is used in display devices.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a grayscale signal compensation unit, a grayscale signal compensation method, a source driver, and a display apparatus. The grayscale signal compensation unit comprises: a compensation coefficient determination sub-unit configured to determine a compensation coefficient according to a position of a pixel to be driven; an inquiry sub-unit configured to inquire a reference compensation value corresponding to the initial grayscale signal according to a pre-stored grayscale compensation correspondence table for a row of pixels farthest from the source driving circuit, wherein the grayscale compensation correspondence table contains different grayscale signals and corresponding reference compensation values thereof; a calculation sub-unit configured to calculate an actual compensation value corresponding to the pixel to be driven according to the compensation coefficient and the inquired reference compensation value; and a compensation sub-unit configured to compensate for the initial grayscale signal according to the actual compensation value.

Abstract: The present application discloses a microfluidic color filter having an array of a plurality of microfluidic color filter units. The microfluidic color filter includes a plurality of micro-chambers; and a plurality of micro-channels. Each of the plurality of microfluidic color filter units includes one of the plurality of micro-chambers; and at least two of the plurality of micro-channels respectively connected to the one of the plurality of micro-chambers. The at least two of the plurality of micro-channels are configured to provide fluids of different colors to the one of the plurality of micro-chambers. A color of each of the plurality of microfluidic color filter units is based on amounts of fluids of different colors provided to the one of the plurality of micro-chambers.
