Abstract: An array substrate and a detection method thereof, and a display panel are disclosed. The array substrate includes a plurality of subpixels and a plurality of detection line structures. The plurality of subpixels are arranged in an array of a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns along a first direction and a second direction. Each of the plurality of detection line structures includes at least one first detection line extending along the first direction; adjacent (n)th row and (n+1)th row of subpixels in the array form a subpixel row group, one detection line structure is provided between the (n)th row and (n+1)th row of subpixels in each subpixel row group, and the detection line structure is configured to be connected to the (n)th row and (n+1)th row of subpixels and detect electrical characteristics of first transistors or light-emitting elements in the subpixels.

Abstract: A pixel unit includes a first sub-pixel circuit and a second sub-pixel circuit. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a shift register, a driving method thereof, a gate drive circuit, an array substrate and a display device. With a signal control circuit, a branch control circuit, a cascade signal output circuit and at least two scan signal output circuits, each shift register can output at least two scan signals to correspond to different gate lines in a display panel. This can reduce the number of shift registers in a gate drive circuit and the space occupied by the gate drive circuit and can achieve an ultra-narrow frame design, as compared with an existing shift register that can only output one scan signal. Moreover, as signals of different output control node do not influence each other, the output stability can also be improved.

The writing phase includes: writing a reference data voltage to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, and writing a first detection writing voltage to a first electrode of the driving transistor to turn on the driving transistor; and the reading phase includes: upon the driving transistor being turned off after a first predetermined time after writing the first detection writing voltage, reading a voltage of the first electrode of the driving transistor to obtain a first detection reading voltage for obtaining a threshold voltage of the driving transistor.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electrostatic protection circuit, an array substrate and a display device, comprising: a first electrostatic discharge circuit and a second electrostatic discharge circuit; wherein the first electrostatic discharge circuit is configured to, in case that an electrostatic voltage formed on the first signal wire is greater than or equal to a first preset turn-on voltage, transmit the electrostatic voltage on the first signal wire to the second signal wire. In case that the electrostatic voltage formed on the first signal wire is greater than or equal to a second preset turn-on voltage, the first electrostatic discharge circuit couples the voltage on the first signal wire to a first node, so that the second electrostatic discharge circuit transmits the electrostatic voltage on the first signal wire to the second signal wire.
