Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel, a display apparatus, and a method for manufacturing the array substrate are provided. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a plurality of pixels, at least one of the pixels including a pixel driver circuit and a light-emitting unit electrically connected to the pixel driver circuit; a fingerprint recognition structure including a first capacitor electrode configured to form a capacitor for fingerprint recognition between at least a part of a touch body and the first capacitor electrode in response to the at least a part of the touch body covering the first capacitor electrode. The fingerprint recognition structure is in the at least one pixel, the pixel driver circuit includes a thin film transistor including an active layer and a gate, and the first capacitor electrode is in the same layer as one of the active layer or the gate of the thin film transistor.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a power distribution network, a liquid crystal antenna including the power distribution network, and a communication device including the liquid crystal antenna. The power distribution network is configured to be used in a liquid crystal antenna and includes a plurality of cascaded power distributors. Each of the plurality of cascaded power distributors comprises a first microstrip line, a transmission medium region and a reference electrode. A tangent value of a dielectric loss angle of a transmission medium in the transmission medium region is smaller than a tangent value of a dielectric loss angle of a liquid crystal in the liquid crystal antenna.

Abstract: In one embodiment, there is provided a method of manufacturing an organic layer. The method includes: forming an organic material solution layer on a substrate; and heating, by a directional heat source assembly, at least a first portion of organic material solution of the organic material solution layer that is inside a to-be-treated area of the substrate, to increase an evaporation rate of the first portion of the organic material solution, whereby, reducing a thickness difference, due to different evaporation rates of the first portion of the organic material solution and a second portion of the organic material solution of the organic material solution layer that is outside the to-be-treated area of the substrate, of the organic layer that is cured from the organic material solution layer.
