Abstract: A display panel has a light-exit side and a non-light-exit side opposite to the light-exit side. A direction pointing to the non-light-exit side from the light-exit side is a first direction. In the first direction, the display panel includes a coded aperture mask layer and an optical sensing layer. The coded aperture mask layer includes a plurality of first light-transmission portions and a plurality of first light-shielding portions. The coded aperture mask layer is configured to form at least one part of a coded aperture array. The optical sensing layer includes a plurality of optical sensors. The optical sensing layer is configured to receive texture recognition light passed through the coded aperture array and convert optical signals of the texture recognition light into electrical signals. The texture recognition light is light carrying information about a texture to be recognized.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fingerprint detection device and method. The fingerprint detection device includes a detection substrate and a signal converter. The detection substrate includes pixels arranged in rows and columns. Each pixel includes a sensing circuit configured to receive an optical signal and output a sensing electrical signal according to the received optical signal. The signal converter includes A/D converters each coupled to one column of sensing circuits. The fingerprint detection device further includes a control circuit coupled to the sensing circuits and the A/D converters and configured to obtain common mode component of sensing electrical signals output by sensing circuits of at least part of the pixels and provide information about the common mode component to the A/D converters. The A/D converter is configured to perform analog-to-digital conversion on difference between the sensing electrical signal from corresponding sensing circuit and the common mode signal.

Abstract: A display apparatus for detecting three-dimensional (3D) spatial information. The display apparatus includes a display panel having a plurality of active subpixels in a display area configured with multiple gaps respectively between at least some active subpixels, the display panel including a counter substrate at front and a backplane substrate at back; an optical layer at a back side of the backplane substrate; multiple light sensors attached discretely on a back side of the optical layer and substantially aligned with the multiple gaps in the display area; and a light source on the backplane substrate and configured to provide an infrared light signal in a direction toward a field of view beyond the counter substrate. The multiple light sensors are configured to detect respective infrared light signals reflected from multiple different regions of an object in the field of view for collectively deducing 3D spatial information of the object.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic imaging method and apparatus. The apparatus includes an ultrasonic signal emission source and a receiving array including ultrasonic signal receiving circuits; the method includes: turning on the source to perform emission of ultrasonic waves toward an object to be detected and causing the ultrasonic waves to propagate through the object, a depth-wise direction of which is along a propagation direction of the ultrasonic waves; after a first predetermined time period having elapsed since the source was turned on, turning on the receiving array to receive reflected echoes returning from a first section plane of the object to be detected perpendicular to the depth-wise direction; thereafter, turning off the receiving array, storing the reflected echoes by the ultrasonic signal receiving circuits and acquiring reflected echo signals, and successively reading the reflected echo signals from the ultrasonic signal receiving circuits during a reading time period.
