Abstract: The present disclosure provides a haptic rendering device, a method, a display device and a controller. The haptic rendering device includes: a substrate; a first driver arranged on the substrate and configured to vibrate and drive the substrate to vibrate after receiving a first driving signal; a vibration sensor arranged on the substrate and configured to generate a first detection voltage signal according to an amplitude or a frequency at which the first driver vibrates together with the substrate in a case where the substrate vibrates; and a controller configured to output the first driving signal to the first driver, receive the first detection voltage signal, and adjust the first driving signal according to the first detection voltage signal.

The collimator includes a lens array and diaphragm component. The diaphragm component includes a first diaphragm layer and a second diaphragm layer. The lens array is configured to allow light rays to be converged and incident on the diaphragm component. The diaphragm component is configured to allow light rays to pass through, and to restrict an angle of light rays capable of passing through the diaphragm component. The image sensor is configured to sense light rays incident on the image sensor for acquiring a texture image.

Abstract: A flat panel detector is provided, which includes a base substrate and a plurality of detection regions arranged in an array on the base substrate, where each detection region is successively provided with a photosensitive sensor and an optical structure along a direction away from the base substrate; the optical structure includes a condensing unit and a light filtering unit, where the condensing unit is used for receiving the near-infrared light and ambient light emitted by the laser light source and performing condensing, and the light filtering unit is configured to shield the ambient light and transmitting the near-infrared light; a photosensitive sensor which includes an amorphous silicon photodiode and a thin film transistor, where the amorphous silicon photodiode is configured to convert the near-infrared light transmitted by the light filtering unit into an electrical signal.
