    摘要： Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for scheduling and affecting appointment calendaring based on dependencies. As such, the invention provides for a dynamic appointment calendaring based on changes in the user's location. The dependencies comprise current and potential future locations and times of a user. The invention continuously monitors the calendars of the user on one or more devices. Further, the invention determines a change in existing appointments or cancellation of an appointment such that the user is newly available at certain time or determines a change in current and potential future locations of the user. Subsequently, the invention then evaluates one or more upcoming future appointments of the user with the financial institution specialists and ascertains the appointment details. The invention then automatically, schedules one or more new appointments at a new time and/or location with relevant specialists.

    摘要： Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for scheduling and affecting appointment calendaring based on user application navigation. As such, the invention provides for a smart appointment calendaring based on the portion of an application that the user is viewing. For example, if the user is in a credit card section of the application, the invention may identify this location and prompt an appointment to be set up with a credit card specialist. Furthermore, in some embodiments, the invention allows the user to add a voice message to set up the appointment, thus analysis of the voice message may be performed by the invention systems to match the user with the most appropriate specialist. Based on needs identified from application navigation, the invention may create an appointment package for the user. Thus, the system may schedule appointments with one or more specialists based on the user's needs.

The financial institution accesses the values of assets and liabilities and determines estimated inflows and outflows from past inflows and outflows and any other significant future events over the network from various servers, systems, and devices that store transaction information. The financial institution calculates an available fund amount that a user can spend over a period of time, and an age parameter indicating the age at which the user's inflows and assets will not be able to cover the user's outflows. The financial institution displays the information in an interactive interface and allows for optimization of available fund amount or the age parameter using a location change, peer information, and available financial products. Additionally, the user may set goals, and the financial institution may monitor the user's transactions and provide alerts to the user.

The contextual search tool receives a search from the user and provides search results, content, and dynamic contextual information (e.g., dynamic contextual questions, user information, and account information) to the user. The contextual search tool then receives contextual information input from the user with an indication that the user would like to communicate with an advisor, and a communication channel is opened between the user and the advisor. The advisor has access the user's search and provides contextual information input, which allows the contextual search tool to update the search results and the dynamic contextual information. As such, the invention of the present invention improves the ability of the contextual search tool to provide tailored, customized, and relevant search results to the user based in part on advisor input.
